This is to update our bad experience with purchase of Blue star Split AC. This was brought in June 2020 which is three months ago. Order ID is: OD[protected], Invoice dated 29.05.2020 through flipkart. This AC is not functioning from 4th September with an error code EL 01. Hence, we logged a compliant to the customer care and the reference number is B[protected], dated 15th September 2020.
Further, the service technician from SG comfort (Blue star service dealer) has visited the house today and inspected the Split AC. He has found that, ‘’out door to Indoor communication board’’ is not functioning. He said, they will place an order for the spare part from Blue star which usually takes 15 to 20 days’ time for the delivery and further to get the AC repaired.
Here the problem is, brand new Split AC has failed within three months of the product usage and sad part is we need to wait for 15 to 20 days for the spare part delivery from prestigious company like Blue star.
Please note, this is AC belongs to one of our foreigner’s guest house. Hence, escalating this matter to consumer complaints for necessary arrangement to mobilize the spare part and resolve the issue by tomorrow on HIGH PRIORITY.
