My name is kannan am from chennai
I want to file a complaint against blue star chennai service team which is been headed by saravanan i bought blue star split ac next day senthil called me for certain details like where you are planning to fix the outdoor unit backside to the inner unit or in the terrace i informed to him that i have decided to place the outer unit in terrace mr. Saravanan told that fine kannan i will send the needed materials to the technician so that there is no need of purchase of materials outside then technician's reached my place and they wrote a quotation of few pipes and wires for the cost of 5000 i wanted to have a word to the persons in chennai office about the extra amount of payment but none picked the call specially saravanan & team and the front office lady too didn't pick the call and the technician asked 2500 to buy materials i gave the money to the technician but the technician didn't give the bill i feel like am cheated and till today i didn't the receipt after the completion of installation and i have lot of complaints to say i experienced such a worst experience from the blue star technician's that too for a very first time i didn't expect this worst installation from blue star technicians team i[censored] can sort out my problems and my complaints it will be helpful i[censored] team too avoid this mail then fine i will feel like i chose a wrong product for split ac and i will address this lack of customer support & after sale service in social network please reach me out @[protected]
