We have purchased water purifier imperiya (RO+UV)product on 02.11.2019. From the day one i was not satisfied with the performance like water taste and everything. We have made lot of complaints against this issue with your service centre and there is no remedy we had sought during the free service. After over the free service we had raised the same complaint last week, your concerns were visited and asked us to change the membrane even after a year. We were very shocked and asked your concern to how early this issue were came?
He also agreed for that and informed we were put an approval for change the new one without any cost. But as of now there's no response from their end. We need the remedy for this to change the membrane without cost as well. Since I have been totally dissatisfied this product.
More are less the way of treating the customer is not at all satisfied in your customer service centre. That's need to be changed immediately.
So pls be understand and do the needful asap.
If the issue will not sort it out immediately we may seeking the help from court intervention.
I hereby enclosed the bill copy and model details for your further reference.
