Blue Star India — Water purifier not working

Address: NIPHM staff residential Qtrs, Budwel, teachers colony, Rajendranagar-500030, Ranagareddy district Hyderabad, Telangana

My self P.Murali my hometown is hyderabad.I have purchased water purifier (opulus RO+UV+ALKALINE WATER) in 2020 October month. it has stopped working after 4 mnths. I have raised lot of complaint's to your customer care but my problem has not resolved till date. Plz kindly make it from your side. I hope blue star is a trusted company but iam facing problem now. Please kindly co-operate. Now iam willing to raise a complaint in consumer forum.
