Bluestar — Bluestar AC poor installation and worst customer service

I bought bluestar AC in vasanth & co chennai.. the guy who came for installation he didnt install it properly we are getting water leakage indoor unit. So reached bluestar customer service and the area head Bharathi raja (kk nagar) .even he didnot respond properly..
I suggest due to poor customer service please dont go for Bluestar brand..
This is the ticket i raised without fix the issue they have cancelled it.(B[protected])

I want this should be addressed asap.. else take your worst product return my hard earned money
