For our office at Jamnagar, (Gujarat) we had bought 8 in no. 2 ton Split A/C last year in August .06 of them started having trouble since mid june and accordingly we raised a complaint .. Five of them got repaired but the after sales service provider said that the last one(complaint ticket no. B[protected] )will take some time as its compressor has gone bad. Jamnagar after sales service provider Mr. Vishwakarma keep delaying the rectification and every time we give him a call he says will be done next week. This went on till late August and by that time the the AC warranty date got over.
Now the service provider said that your warranty is over so you need to pay for defect rectification.As we talked to customer care again they got convinced that as the actual problem started in June they will do the necessary rectification as per warranty norms. So again we raised a complaint (B[protected]) in starting November 2018. On 05th Nov I got a messgae that your problem is resolved, but in real no maintenance guy ever came to the premises. Sighting this irregularity I again called to customer care for which they were sorry and again opened the complaint. As we talked to Mr. Vishwakarma he again started playing old games, that it will be done by the weekend . Today on 14th Nov 2018 as we talked to Mr. Vishwakarma he said that although he will change the compressor but will charge for gas charging.
I believe that BLUESTAR is a well-reputed company and will never indulge in this kind of petty affairs.But at the same time this poor quality of after sale service is ruining the reputation of your company. As I understand this is not a fault from the company itself but the after sales contractor. This time Mr. Vishwakarma who is based in Rajkot and looking affairs in Jamnagar as well. It would be highly appreciable if you look into this matter on an urgent basis and resolve this issue asap.
