Bad 😕 It seems that boAt has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I have bought boAt Atom 83 airdopes from boAt official site (order number[protected] and i raised a complaint with boAt customer saying the same. They arranged for the pick up from agent also it was mentioned agent will first verify the product and then only he will pickup the product from me incase of any damage he will return it at the same time. But in my case product was good agent took the product and shared with boAt service centre....

I have problem with my boat airdopes 163. after use of 1 month i detect problem in product. the left side ear buds after full charging when uses it after 10-15 minutes it turn off then put it charge agian and i face same problem.i gave for it waranty claim.they said that my product ear piece damaged.but i sure that i dont dmaged it. i need replacemnt on it .dont want to the damaged product....

When ever i go for walk and jogging in morning 4 am after 15 to 20 minutes the display starts getting darker..
When i come home and charge it, then it will work normally. Some times it will get total display off....

On 21th julyy boat airdopes 141 are being checked by company and they got damaged as in result so they've initiated the replacement they're saying "Replaced Product order is been generated and will be shipped within 5 business days." But there's no update it's been 4 days i need earbuds very urgently because I've so many work to do because I'm student and there's no extra earphones to me. I have bought boAt Airdopes 131 on 13 Jan 2023 and after 6 months one side of airbuds stopped working. I have raised warranty claim on 19 July 2023. Today on 25 july 2023 they rejected my warranty claim saying the product is damaged. I have sent my airdopes in a very well condition, even courier partner also inspected and then after inspection i have packed it in a small box as per the instructions.
