I have found a dirty paper of nutri choice biscuit from inside and rat # in the biscuit container and shopkeeper took no action on it and was giving a rough attitude. I purchased britannia nutri choice digestive cookies for at least the 7th time. They lure the customers by saying that there is some promo code inside the pack which they can avail to get tickets to the world cup. But after thoroughly searching each and every time i buy a pack, i'm very sure there is no code inside. This is fraud. And it tastes weird too even though the packaging date is 11/03/2019...

There is no promocode inside the wrapper. Its just britannia strategy to make their consumer fool by effective advertisement campaign. On upper packing they have mentioned about 'offer"and where to send"promocode but they never mentioned that where one should get the promo code. Ate 20 biscuits in 10 days but all goes in to... I had purchased 3 britannia cake from my regular departmental shop on 4/4/2019 and today when i opened to eat it and the taste was foul and when i looked properly it had green fungus and i am feeling sick and then i checked the date it had expired and other cakes date had expired one month back...
