Gold scheme 11 months scheme.

I was promoted to take a 11months gold scheme, I had payed 4 installments and due to covid and other reasons i could not continue the scheme.
Now when I ask to return my installment amount, they say that they don't have any details of my installment payed. This is ridicules.

I am NIRMALA M S who has taken gold chits back 3 years from Lakshmi gold palace at jalahalli branch
But now when I approached for the gold makeover they are using abusive words and denying to accept the order and delaying it
Behavior of the staffs are as rowdies
So their response is immediately needed to repay or provide gold as the giver grams
Although I have WhatsApped to the chief owner K. P. NANJUNDI there is no response

Gold Chit fraud
We had opened a gold chit with lakshmi gold palace malleshwaram and it was closed in month of july but till now there is no gold ornament given there is no much items to pick and they have taken the order from us but till now they have not provided confirmed date. they are looting the people with chit fund. we have already 5 months delayed to get the order and amount is already with them.

Please don't step into Lakshmi Gold palace, they are literally looting people money in the name of gold chit scheme.
Inspite of completing the chit tenure we have to wait for 2-3 months for gold possession and again we have to wait for 60 days as they say that the making the ornaments as per our order/requirement takes 60 days, this is utter bull ###.
Looting the consumers money through bank interest for 5 months in the name of gold chit scheme.

Regarding Gold scheme

Lakshmi gold palace malleshwaram Bangalore - is cheating in the name of gold scheme, I purchased 19 months gold scheme in 2018 at that time they said no making charges and only 2.5%waistage.
Scheme closed on Dec 2019. After completion of scheme I visited the shop 3 time and each time told there is no stock.
Last month I went to purchase gold they told me I have pay 12%waistage and making charge also.
When I questioned why wastage and MC they said we have to pay.
Same time the store manager came started speaking rudely and said we have to pay waistage and MC.
He even said we are lying about our last 3 visit to the shop when they said there is no stock.
We have lost almost 50k when I compare to current gold rate.
Please don't visit Lakshmi gold palace

I am the customer. I had purchased scheme on sept 2018 for 19months and it got matured on july 2020. When i purchased the scheme they told no making charges and only wastage of 2.5%will be leived and same was printed on the receipt. Today when i went to get the last entry they have printed in the receipt that wastage and making charges will be included and it depends on your purchase of item. So if i purchase costly item their won't be any making charges and if i purchase of less price their will be making charges. Staff won't responed properly.. They are cheating the customers in the scheme name..

"LAKSHMI GOLD PALACE" very big CHEATERS
I had purchased a gold(916) mangalsutra at "LAKSHMI GOLD PALACE" at Sampige road, malleswaram, Bangalore. while purchasing they said "it can be use for 10 years or more, it is too strong. i[censored] pull also it wont break n all bull [censored]". but after 1 n half years now it is break down. I never used hardly also. I really surprise how it is break down. When i called to ask this with Lakshmi gold palace they didn't respond me properly. while purchasing they will give good service but afterwards they will show there real face. very bad service i never seen such kind of service. very much disappointed. Please guys don't ever purchase anything in "LAKSHMI GOLD PALACE". very worst gold making items. They are big cheaters.

I went to Lakshmi Gold Palace and got CHEATED. Their staff is trained in cheating customers and their manager talks like a Rowdy and bullies you and finally cheats you. The staff was only gentle till I gave the order - then their web of deceit and cheating starts. Scheme on 2018 for 19 Month .
1.Aishwarya Lakshmi Scheme closed on 2019 sep at time we checked with them that time they told we can buy gold together with both scheme and they confirmed there will be no extra charges. After completion of both scheme I visited the shop 3 time and each time they told they will check with manager.
Last month I went to purchase gold they told me I have pay 12%waistage and making charge also.
When I questioned why wastage and MC they said we have to pay.
1.Aishwarya Lakshi Scheme clearly mentioned that there will be no making and wastage charges.
2. Adithya Lakshmi Scheme mentioned 2.5 wastage charges.
Now we are plan to buying gold coin with both the scheme..but they will charge now 13500 charges...first they told 6%charges when we questioned in the scheme clearly mentioned no charges then they argued with us..and told that they will reduse 1% means 5% now they are telling for 5%..as result 11000 Rs..we need to pay..
Kindly check and resolve this on priority.
