Post my comment against the issues, none of Lalithaa Jewellery team took action against their false billing activities and claiming an extra payment from the valid customer. The advertisement given by the MD was fabulous, but at store they are cheating the customer. I would like to have an intervene from the top management against their billing system and falsifying the Tax Invoices.

I'm a member of swarna bandhan scheme and paid installment through online payment and completed 11 months installment and i stopped paying the 12th installment, which i thought was one free instalment. Later when i visited lalitha jewellery to close the account and purchase gold and it was told i have not payed 12 th installment so i'm not eligible to get the one free installment and 50% wastage according to the scheme.

They don't send any sms that i have to pay another installment to complete the scheme or any notification that my account has closed by this date.

I spoke to the managers in coimbatore branch and they told i'm not eligible for anything. Whatever the amount i paid i can get the gold for it. Then i called ho chennai and spoken to complaints department and they told they will give a call to me. Finally i didn't get any call. Whatever the amount i paid in the scheme i bought the gold coin.

So there is no benefit under this scheme to me.

I advice not to go for this scheme, because the cheat the people saying some reasons.

I read about Mr Kiran (chairman of lalithaa jewellery), his success story is very impressive and am sure he is a role model to start up companies and new entrepreneur, by knowing all these i visited one of his mart in Hyderabad, for me its a very bad experience from security to branch manager, they least bother about the customer, they wont give minimum respect/response to the customer, so i took this issue to Assistant Branch manager and i requested him to arrange a discussion with branch manager, he said yes, i waited for him for more than 45 minutes, simply he left for the day, somehow i found branch manager, but i did not see any positive response from his side, i felt very bad about this.
personally i am feeling because of few employees, Kiran garu should not loose his image.

Pls look into this and retain image of great Kiran.

I came across unethical practice with Lalithaa Jewellers, Sampige Road, Malleswaram, Bengaluru.
This jewellery store is collecting Customer ID proof for all Credit Card transactions of Rs. 30, 000+ and communicating to customers as it's as per RBI guidelines. They don't ensure the safety of customer private data. Surprise to listen from the store manager that, if someone don't carry their ID card, they can do cash transactions and no need to submit ID proof.

I am bit worried if the RBI is encouraging cash transactions and don't ensure the safety of customer ID proofs. This practice is observed only with Lalithaa Jewellery and no other Jewellery shop in Bangalore. Please look into this matter.
