This is to bring to your notice that i availed a s24 bus on 01/02/2020 from strand road at around 3:15 pm towards howrah, the bus was really full and the conductor didn’t manage to collect my ticket, i offered the ticket while getting down, there were few persons who were checking tickets and said that you have to give fine since you didn’t purchase the ticket, i made him understand that it was not possible for me to purchase the ticket in so rush and neither the conductor came to me. After all this i agreed to pay the fine as i was in a hurry, this is not all, i gave the person a 500 rupee note, he gave the receipt of 200 rs and didn’t return me the balance amount, after i told him that i gave him a 50” rupee note he completely denied with other officials too and rushed to a different bus.

I request you to kindly look into the matter as this is pure cheating with the customers from both the ends, as the conductor in to coming to collect tickets and this official are collecting money and denying the money given to them, i have photographs of the officils too.

I request you to give my balance money back.

I boarded the blue bus 04e 4600 from silverspring to go to gariahat just few minutes ago andi handed over a 100 rupee note to the conductor who instead of requesting for change ordered me to give change, when i said i don't have he said bus e othen kyano change na thakle, i said tahole amake neme jete hobe porer stoppage, he said hyan tai korun, again i said ektu dekhun, he said hobe na bollam toh, neme jaan! I was astonished to see such rude behaviour of a conductor in a govt. Bus! While getting down i said bus e likhe rakhun, khuchro nahole uthben na, he said aapni namun, gyan dite hobe na! Kolkatake london banate gele aage manosikota thik korun, customer service er training din.

While traveling from lords more to sdf a bus conductor age around 20 to 30 years of old unable to provide the change of 100 of my friend. I asked the conductor to return the rs 100 to my friend & provide a rs 200 note and asked him to cut 70 rupees rs35*2 he provided a change of rs30 & stated that he provided rs 100. Please hire educated conductor.

I am standing at kalikapur bus stop, when s24 bus coming from patuli and i was trying to stop the bus by puts my hands up, but the bus driver took full speed and passed the stoppage without giving received the passengers. For ref bus no 2164, due to too much speed i didn't saw the full number of the bus. It was aound 8:37pm saturday 21st september 2019. The bus service is for public and they didn't give a damn about it then what is the reason for running a public transport services?

I have seen a ac 37 bus coming from garia to barasat on pathadisha app. For ref bus no wb07j0787. I am waiting at panchannagram for that bus. But at the time it was passing panchannagram a barasat garia bus was standing at the bus stop. So ac 37 take the right side of the road and passed the stopage without giving a stop. The bus service is for public and they didn't give a damn about it then what is the reason for running a public transport...

Sir, me and my brother is a daily passenger of AC52 WB051570, time 11:31 am, my brother school is in behala shakerbajar so everyday we travel through this bus and we give1 ticket fare of rs 25 bcoz my brother is handicapped so in govt bus his ticket was free, other conductor of this bus took one fare but today the conductor who was in duty he was harsh and shown rude behavior to us as we complaint him why he has taken 2 fare which is around rs 50 he is been very rude to us. Plz take action against this type of conductor who make joke of govt rule and behave like animals with passengers

Bus from jhargram to midnapore named pothjatra and bus number wb329a5852 took rs40 from guptomoni to midnapore instead of taking rs25 and kept on arguing when asked for fare chart. Please do the needful against this type of buses. They are charging 60% extra fare from each passengers as there is rule for private buses and government buses to charge the fare according to fare chart but they are breaking the rule of government.

Karunamoyee to asansol wbtc 2:45 pm bus arrived at baguiati 3:15pm on 28 june 2019.
I ask the conductor is it 2:45 bus he ask me without a reply do u have a ticket i said yes and he replied no this is not the bus. Later i come to know that was the bus which denied my board. I have even seen people with no tickets getting on the bus from baguiati. Its a shame for wbtc that when i contact the service provider they were so rude and behaved like there was no bus at baguiati.

I want my refund as in this case i didn't miss it they denied my boarding.

Ac50a late on regular basis in office time there is a lot of people who is dependent on this bus from Bally to garia. On regular basis this bus get late there is a high requirement of having a Ac bus on this route and only two buses are available but AC 50A is being late on regularly by result of this gernal public have to suffer a lot. Kindly take a necessary action on urgent basis

I am a regular commuter for Jadavpur to Howrah and avail E1 bus every day. Today I boarded E1 from jadavpur thana at 8.15 am for Howrah station. At Howrah the drive chosen to align the bus for the passengers standing in que instead of allowing the passengers to deboard the bus. Most of the passengers requested him to let them pass as most of the passengers need to catch connecting trains to their destinations but the drive was very arrogant. I was among those passengers who wanted to deboard the bus but on the disagreement with the bus driver, the drive threatened me that he would not allow me to board E1 bus in future and moreover he would RUN ME DOWN if ever found me in a suitable position on the road. However I must mention that this kind of situation I have never experienced in E1 for last 5 years as a daily commuter, this is certainly an unfortunate incident but all passengers deserve a sensible driver to travel with. I could have lodged a complaint with the Police also in this regard as the drive threatened to run over by the bus but I have faith in your good office and believe I would feel safe while commuting by E1.

Dear sir,

Today 12-02-19 i was standing at maidan bus stand near jeevandeep (Behind citi bank & standard chartered bank) around 8:40 pm to go my home behala as the bus is locating to be arrive in gps. However, the designated bus, bus route number s45 (Wb 05 1242) the bus driver did not stop at the mentioned stoppage, forcing the passengers waiting at the bus stop for another 15 to 20 minutes. Some commuters run also on the busy road for boarding but the bus driver move the bus with high speed avoiding the jeevandeep crossing signal.
I hereby request you to take notice and rectify this malpractice which i have faced on earlier occasions as well.

Bus route ultadanga to kanmari. Border at about 7.50 am from kanmari natun bazar today. Conductor was taking money without ticket from many passengers giving discount. I wanted to buy ticket for science city. He took 40 rupees. I wanted to see fare chart because the fare is 35 rupees. He didn't show me fare chart and took 40 rupees. He misbhaved with me. I have tickets for today and also tlckets of 35 rupees of yesterday evening from science city at about 6.50 pm. Conductor is cheating both the government and the passengers who wants ticket. He misbhaved with me but i couldn't do anything due to my age and self respect. Please look into. I am daily passenger of bus s4 (Parnasree-saltlate-parnasree)... Bus this bus doesn't have fix time table...8:30 bus leaves sometimes 8:20, sometimes 8:25, even sometimes 8:40... Same problem during evening returing from saltlake... No bus between 6 and 7pm... Sometimes till 8 i have to wait... Sometimes 3 buses run together... These are very hazardous for us, the office passengers... If they can't follow the time table (30 mins span) then why the time tables are given at the bus stand???... Am humbly requesting you to please look into this matter

7d route bus conductor takes money from passengers but does not issue tickets.
I see this whenever i travel from bakultala to sealdah every morning 645 am. Plz. Takes action. I have seen most of these passengers get down at sealdah prachi. The passengers also prepares tobacco for the driver. Once i was present in one 7d which met with accident near remount road.in that bus two seats were removed. When asked the conductor said the seats are removed for damage. But actually i learnt from other passengers that it was removed to carry goods during journey by the same unauthorised passengers who give some money without collecting tickets. Hope the fact is clear enough to check up in disguise and take corrective and preventive action.

I am a regular passenger in sodpur to madhyamgram chowmatha route by auto. From 10.10.18 they have increased huge amount of auto fare in this route which is not justifed. The distance between sodpur station to madhyamgram chowmatha is about 9 k. M. Now the revised fare is rs:19/-.
Will request to your good office to investigate it and implement new justified fare.

This is to bring your kind notice that bus of route no. :c23 (Dankuni to park circus) is highly irregular due to the mismanagement of the person's responsible for the bus service, the drivers and conductors. They are not maintaining any fixed time schedule. We (Passangers of dankuni) are highly frustrated with their attitude. First, they are not maintaining any time schedule, second, if any bus is at dankuni bus stop, god even doesn't know when the bus will depart because the drivers or conductors waste hell lots of time there.in case if we ask the person responsible for bus service (Sits in a small shelter under a tree right adjacent to bus parking area) he often says "see this bus route doesn't maintain any time", third, late in the evening most of the buses doesn't come to dankuni instead they return from bally halt.

T8 which start from dalhousie, most of the day, in the evening, take straight to bridge. Whether the bus is full or hardly 2/3 people standing. There's no fixed time to depart. Most of the day wait for t8 at parkstreet or birla but don't get. Later on get to know bus was there and departed from the stand dalhousie but take straight to bridge. Most of the day have to suffer this problem.. This should not happen. Many passengers wait for t8 for soo long but not getting bus they have to take another way, disappointingly. The people who are appointed for that made it habit not to run bus on route after 7pm. The drivers are get paid for that to run bus on route and common people should get atleast this kind of facilities from government. This matter should be highly taken care of.

Complaint against bus route no. S3w (Wb051643). The bus has the tendency to run as fast and as quickly as possible by not halting at the designated stops everyday. Almost everyday, the bus tries to quickly get past the ruby bus stop by avoiding the bus lane and it did exactly the same thing today as well. The bus does it because it leaves the bus depot (Joka) considerably late and as a result is always in relentless rush to reach it's final destination, ecospace. The driver did not stop the bus in spite of watching me and other passengers waving our hands at him. This is the peak office hours and this escapist mindset of the bus crew is highly unethical and illegitimate. The transport department must take strictest of actions to ensure proper functioning of the bud for the real purpose it has been introduced into wbstc. This is absolute harrassment of the citizens of this country. Not done. Need a reply.

You are requested to reschedule the time of the SD-5 bus from Sonarpur to Khariberia. The bus does not come in time. Rather it does not follow any schedule. I face a lot of trouble in reaching Thakurpur from Garia. As there is only one bus that covers the whole route from Sonarpur to Khariberia via Garia.
You are also requested to avail more buses for the Garia to Thakurpukur route.
Kindly notice the problem, many people like me suffer a lot who have to avail this route.

Garden to Barasat, New Garia to Kolkata Station (now Korunamoyee Even some Govt. Bus also) When I am asking the chart Some collector provide chart but this chart are not Govt. select or some thing misses like one stop to another stop lots of...

I am a regular traveller by ferry servicee from konnagar to panihati. The fare was rs. 6/ per head. All of a sudden from monday that is 18/6/2018 the fare has risen to rs 8/- which is a rise of 33.33% the ferry service fare from howrah to babughat still remains same. I request you all to look into the matter. The percentage rise should not have been so large as it is a burden on we the common people. Thanks... Manideepa mukherjee

It is to inform you that the food we were served in a hotel named park garden located in new digha was not ok as when we ordered chicken curry they served us pieces of chickens with blood and we are not sure that it's chicken or not as many of the restaurants are found to serve dead dog or cat flesh in name of other non - veg dishes previously they served us rice which is not consumable as it's about to rot we will be very grateful to you if you see our matter and do the needful.

Ifrequently travel between baghbazar and metropolitan (A stoppage on e. M. Byepass between chingrihata & sciencecity) by wbstc buses of baghbazar-garia route. It has been noticed that in the night baghbazar bound buses usually do not want to stop at metropolitan and run with a high pickup keeping the right side lane overtaking dangerously the buses of other routes with a motive to reach manisquare stoppage first to collect pax. On 27.05.2018 at about 09.40 p. M. While i was waiting at metropolitan stop a baghbazar bound bus (Wb23c0854) came and ran away with a very high speed keeping the rightside lane chaseing the other buses dangerously ignoring the waiting passengers flown hands. 4/5 minutes later a wbstc belurmath bound bus (Wb11a9525) came and i could board it and subsequently found with a surprise that the baghbazar bound said bus was collecting pax at manisquare. I found the same bus collecting pax also at bidhannagar rly. Stn. Being excited i got down from belur-bus and boarded at baghbazar-bus and asked the driver the reason of not giving stop at metropolitan. The driver told, as there was no pax to get down at metropolitan, he did not stop there and ran for manisquare with a chase. He also said with a smile that it is his discretion where to stop and where to ignore. I tried to make him understand that he is driving a public vehicle which cannot be a private one, but he turned a deaf ear to me. The conductor was also found supporting his colleague. It is a matter of regret how a person with such conception can get a license to drive a public bus! Drivers should be alerted to stop at all stoppages to facilitate the pax.
Moreover, the drivers of this route divert their buses almost every time. From baghbazar the way to shyambazar is via manindra chandra college, but all the buses use baghbazar street avoiding its original route.
None of the buses has fare chart displayed. On asking they insist to go to the terminus. Is it possible for any body to go to the terminus to find the fare chart in their office?
As per rule, 2x2 seats should be installed as front facing, but all the buses have rearranged the seats of their own as side by side (Back to the window) which usually blocked the windows and also the air circulation.
Some of the buses have no seats for 'sr. Citizen' or 'handicapped', which is compulsory as per law.

It is observed that the bus driver's of this route does not stop at deshopriyo park stoppage unless the traffic light is red, this issue mainly happens early in the morning around 7:15 am. They refuse to pick up passengers who were standing in the proper bus stop, as they saw the traffic light was green, just simply ignored us. (Bus number - 2054) please take immediate action as they are harassing us regularly.

Booked WBSTC Bus through Make My Trip India for journey from Digha to Kolkata on 15.05.18. Bus start time at Digha 6.15 am. My seat no 14.
But as I board the bus at next stop, the conductor resold my seat to another person who board from Digha. Bus no WB 11 D2817.
The conductor did not allowed me to sit at my seat. So I was forced to travel 4 hours by standing in crowded bus. He did not showed his Id card, list of seat booked and harassed me.
So, I want compensation for inconvenience caused to me.

I travel to office by ac 43, however it seems often that bus driver always listen to few daily passenger. Few daily passenger always direct the driver if he will board any passenger or not. And also conductor or driver does not say anything if they reserve any seat for their friends. It seems conductor either give them any discount on fare or may be those passenger bribe driver and conductor to keep silent or listen to them only. They claim that the bus run for them only if this is so then the bus should not run under west bengal govt. Make this private bus so those passenger can avail it. This is really disgusting!!!

Hello, i am daily passenger of ac 43 from golf garden route, i have noticed few daily passenger board from the stand. And they continuous try to rule the bus driver not to stop the bus if any passenger wants to board on the way. As per them they are getting late and bus driver should run the bus as per their choice even they always reserve the seat for their known fellows. I wounder why conductor or driver even listen to them. As if other passengers does not pay the fare. We all pay the same fare and there should not be any discrepancy. One passenger protested on this so the daily group of the passenger claimed that they have requested to create this route, so the driver should listen to them. I wonder this logic? If this is so then it should be shuttle or private bus for them not the public one. Then i request to cancel this route. Instead of this we will have other option as well. But at least we dont want any discrepancy

I want to inform that 30c and 30 c/1 buses are pressurising customers to step down in baguiati saying that they will not go after that. But after emptying the bus they take customers from baguiati to hatiara. The bus route is from hatiara to babughat. They are pressurising the customers to break the journey in the middle and pay extra amount to reach their destination. This happened today in 26/09/17. Please take action before it becomes their habbit to cheat customers.
