Your new cafe at dalhousie road pathankot opp shani mandir has repeatedly shown disrespect to the customers visiting, including mine own experience for two times.

Yesterday that’s 21/11/18 at 10.35 pm we reached with family and on seeing the car approaching the sardar guy on duty rushed to switch off lights and there were two customers already sitting. He didn’t bother to their experience and order was yet to be taken for them also.

On enquiring he said he shall like to know what order it is and also take away only might be possible, at 10.35 pm the cafe he wanted to windup.

You need to investigate and people who are in need of job rather than spoiling the reputation of the brand.

Earlier also when we visited, due to problem witb dg set we were asked to leave. I am too sure if he is the same sardar boy.

Please note about the new combo meals introduced in cafe coffee day whenever i visit various ccd in mumbai and navi mumbai i am being handed over with the different menu other than the combo menu

When i specifically asked then the sales person always says the stock is out supplies are not coming so on and so forth. This happens with every cafe coffee day which means the business model of combo meals is just to attract customers and handover hand them over another menu just to make hire bill

As a customer we never write to the company to start for a combo meal at a lower price it is your business strategy and very well you should be able to honour what has been put on the menu card or on the display boards otherwise the company should stop all this ponzi schemes just to attract customers inside the cafe and try to overbill and embarass them.

Hi, this is ritu agrawal from moradabad. I am visiting agra as a tourist with my husband and two kids. So i visted your store near taj mahal twice. And i noticed that the staff with yelling and shouting and giggling among themselves regardless of the customers being in the cafe.. We had to literally shout many times to grab their attention when we needed any thing. It was really disappointing to see this kind of behaviour at a branded store like “cafe coffee day”.
Kindly look into this matter for your own brand image being spoilt at a tourist prime city like agra.

I went to ccd santoshpur (Pin 700075) with my sister on 14.11.2018. We ordered a devil’s own, choco cookie milkshake and garlic bread. The ccd guy asked me if i wanted cheese on my garlic bread and i said yes. The bill amount was rs. 766. I was surprised but nonetheless decided to eat the food first. Before leaving the cafe we asked the ccd representative to give us the bill. On the bill an extra item was added: oatmeal and honey cookies, which we had not purchased. When confronted he said that it was an adjustment! Moreover, the bill was stamped in a manner that made the item “oatmeal cookies” almost illegible. Anyway, he finally gave us a box of the subject cookies but made it seem like he was doing us a favour! Moreover he charged rs. 214 instead of rs. 86 for garlic bread. When asked to clarify he said that the balance amount was the cost of extra cheese! I cannot understand how reputed companies like ccd can get away with such fraudulant practices!

With the coffee generally should serve tissue paper. That s the standard of ccd but they served toilet paper roll sheets instead of tissue paper. Payment of a coffee goes more the 100 bucks don't the cafe coffee day can't purchase tissue papers for the customer. These are not the standard of a renowned coffee shop.
What kind of worst service it is?

I ordered 4 items from ccd global limited but after receiving an order from the delivery boy, found that frappe (Shake) was half empty in the bottle.
This is how ccd treats its customers when the order is placed for delivery.
Upon asking the details from the delivery boy, he told whatever the outlet people gave to him, he is just delivering the same.

This is not at all acceptable, that too from the merchant like ccd. What to expect from others???

I ordered 3 coffees for 369 rs. It was totally too dark that i can't even drink. And the thing is when i got my coffee then after the service boy said to me that our coffee machine is not working well. They should informed us earlier. After tasting it i puke immediately. It was totally wastage of my money. I want my money back. I hope you people take it as your priority.

I would like to inform you that i worked in cafe coffee day 4.3 years but only three months show to me in the passbook.in this connection i request to hr lot of times but he told me last six months it wil update 10 days but he gives me only excuse. I am suffering because of pf issue. So i request to u pls solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will go to labour commissioner.

I have returned the rental coffee machine to CCD authorized distributor "Vasudha Agencies" with complete accessories in June (20/06/18) month since I had to shut down my Cafe Business due to some personal reasons.

Coffee day is suppose to refund the security deposit of Rs.25000/-, am continuously following up with concern sales in-charge regularly but nothing happened till now

Its been six months now, Coffee day team is just giving excuses every time with unacceptable reasons. I have waited enough & decided to raise this issue in this forum.

I have attached my latest email sent to CCD sales team, refund confirmation letter issued by the CCD person & machine inward receipt from the Agency.

Please review all the above provided information & do the needful

I would request for security deposit refund from the Company.

I suppose this cafe is not for office use. Here this cafe is fully occupied by a single company where they are discussing everything and also client meeting takes place here. I don't blame that but what about the people who seek relaxation and peace of mind.. If this has to continue just allot them a private place in somewhere the cafe itself.. That will be off great help to those who just want a peace of mind and happiness. This is along ecr stretch and some places in and around everywhere chennai. I

Today I am misguided by ccd sales executive at lake mall Rashbehari Avenue and paying Rs 4332.00 which is unexpected from like this type of reputed organization. And I am not getting proper clarification of my bill from them. I am enclosing the bill which is painful for me. The sales executive totally misguided me and unnecessary billing charges from me.

I was overcharged by ₹300 at the outlet in somajiguda, hyderabad. Your cashier served the wrong sandwich, quoted the wrong price, and refused to give me a bill. She was repeatedly arguing with me saying the boss threw it away and she showed me a random bill of a random customer from yesterday, while she couldn't retain a bill from 20 minutes ago. I asked repeatedly and she was repeatedly saying it just vanished. She and two others told me that my products were worth ₹605 for 3 simple products - cold coffee, small cappuccino and a tandoori paneer sandwich. And mind you, she gave me a wrong sandwich and a cheaper one, claiming it was the same price. I couldn't stay longer as i had to leave quickly. But i need my money's worth. The reason i couldn't talk to the manager about this is because i had other issues in mind and had to leave quickly. I choose to enter ccd out of the trust i have towards this brand, but i have been severely betrayed. How can i be refused a bill and transparency for my own order?

My complain is about a billing done few hours ago in lake mall outlet of yours... We just had 2 coffee and a sandwich but the billing staff made an excessive bill of it by adding a whole cake and giving a paid stamp just above it to hide the undesired product. After repeated attempts he refused to refund our hard earned money and tried to outsmart us.
I am requesting you to take prompt action as we are frequent visitors of ccd. These guys are deliberately ruining your reputation. We had to pay 350 rs for a whole cake that we never had.

Plz take necessary action.

I have received the parcel of ccd shipment #[protected] for order #[protected] from bluedart courier. One of the packet is torn & was having 4 capsules only instead of 10 nos.

By physically checking the box, we observed that their is a hole in one of the corner of the box. It seems that box is being torn by mouse (Pics attached).

Please do the needful to either return the money or send fresh packet.

I, mr. Harshavardha having mobile number [protected] is a member of cafe coffee day and had visited your coffee day outlet at bellur crossing, hassan on 30.9.18. I had purchased a cappucino for rs. 120. However, i was not given points against this purchase. The reason that was stated is that the internet was not working and hence this was not done.

I'm attaching the bill for your reference and needful.

Kindly go through the same and allot the points to the said purchase.

I had visited the CCD at Juhu near Iskcon and intentionally they billed me extra 32 rs/-.

i Had ordered regular coffee but they gave me a king size but still, i was ok.

But when i asked for a bill and what I saw is that they had punched additional item. When i questioned to staff that she said it was by mistakenly punched.

This is a serious issue and i have encountered this 3rd time.

We visited ccd sector 132 express trade tower on[protected]. Ordered three things
1. Cafe-frappe: 152 rs
2. Strawberry shakes:110 rs
3. Cold combos (Mighty muncher):210 rs

Total cost is 472 rs +5% gst = 495.60 rs only but on the bill, they charge me 575 rs.

If you guys want we will send you the invoice too.
Kindly look into the issues and resolve on priority otherwise i will take action on social n/w or consumer complaints.

I went to ccd outlet in pimple saudagar area of pune on[protected] and ordered below things:
- large cappuccino (Plain)
- regular cappuccino (Vanilla)

What i was served:
- large cappuccino (Vanilla)
- regular cappuccino (Plain)

Addition to that, i did not receive the bill as well. Even after i was served my order, staff did not provide me the bill. I was waiting for them to hand me...

I am a regular customer of cafe coffee day. On 25th sept we went with our family to a coffee shop at madurai. We placed order for a cold coffee, cool blue and chocolate milk shake... The person took the order. Later he claimed that cool blue is not available. I opted to cancel the order... Then they pressurised that they have placed the order and i have to buy some thing else for the same price.. I felt horrible. How can they threaten a customer to buy some thing that they don't like? At last they made me change the order to sugarcane drink. The tase was horrible nd complete waste of money. As a regular customer of cafe coffee day, this bitter experience made us completely to ignore the coffee shop here after.
