This is really frustrating to write an email about one of the worst company i have delt with till now.

I had taken club mahindra membership (Blue) in oct 2015 and i had to move to australia in march 2016.

Till today i have not been able to utilise any of the offer received as joining bonus (So called)

I wish to cancel club mahindra membership because i am facing mistreatment. I have paid all the dues till date and never got a booking. I do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through make my trip, fee charged is too much. I was misrepresented by club mahindra sales representative...

no response to multiple reservation requests and total ignoring of emails as well

I got my top gear membership post buying my car - mahindra scorpio from jalandhar punjabu on 28/10 last year.
I had registered the same by march this year and since august this year im trying to get a room in goa resorts but everyday it shows sold on the net and hence im not able to book.
I than tried other locations like ooty or munnar but they also show the same thing sold-out.
My question, how can all resorts be sold...

robbed of money! refusal to give refund

We took membership of club mahindra in august 2017 and since then we have been following up to book holidays as was promised when the membership was taken. We have made multiple calls and follow ups but to no avail. They never give us positive response and now when we demanded to cancel the membership they refused to give back the money we paid of 26k. I want to raise a legal suit against them. And will take strong action if im not refunded...

I have become a member last year, i tried to book a holiday in august couldn't get booing, i tried on 29 september couldn't get booking, trying from 17-22 october no booking
When you keep advertising so much fr cruise, free holiday are you trying to deceive public?
I am going to file a case in court and get my hard earned emi back,
I have won a case against gold gym and now it's your turn...

I am opted full day food package at rs1495/- in your website at the time of booking check in date[protected] to[protected] at munnar. But they collected 1695 /- and charged me service charges also. But the government of india banned service charge and at resort they collected 200rupees extra per person (Till today also the offer is alive). I asked regarding this at restaurant, but they don't the offer and they will clarify from central office...

Person who contact me is not responding n chaque i have given to tejas derji, senior person mihir, i told them pls deposit this chaque on 9/10/17 of 21680/- but they deposited 5/10/17. Also i have given 4000/- cash to tejus derji on 7/10/17 at lord's resort in bhavnager, gujarat. My 2 chaque just bounced due to insufficient balance. Since i got contact with tejus derji is responding at all after becoming a club mahindra member.

refusal of full refund for withdrawal of application for club mahindra membership

We got a call from club mahindra executives after purchase of a car for an offer package of 2nights/3 days stay that was to be availed within 6 months.
On repeated calling from their side, me and my husband decided to visit their offer venue at radisson blu, dwarka, sector 13, on 30th september 2017.
Along with the offer, more stress was given by mr vinay sing (Holiday consultant-sales) and mr anand to apply for the club mahindra...

I am experiencing the same thing as i also got my membership upgraded only a week ago and i was not informed about this draw back. I had got it upgraded to purple because i had to do a booking in goa and now i can not book more than 1 room. This is a very major draw back. I want back my capabilities to do multiple room bookings.

I informed to club mahindra for cancellation of membership & refund my money, but they try to convince me that nothing will be refunded because i confirmed my membership on their phon call within seven days of first payment. But i am not eligible for availing any holiday home/resort till i pay the third emi, then how can i am a confirmed member till payment of 3rd emi?

I have enrolled club mahindra in the month of april and company execuative has ensured me that there is a cancellation policy of 15 days and anytime i can cancel the enrollemnt.

I cancelled my enrollment within 2 days and also told to cancel during pnr call and also sent multiple emails since 6 months. Everytime i am getting update to wait for 15 days.

membership cancellation and refund

I had purchased the club membership on 1st sep. On 4th i cancelled (Within free look period). After 7 emails and faxes, they finally sent a mail saying they will refund the paid amount but it will take 90 days. Members copy of form submitted to me at the time of joining says if member cancells in 10 days (Within free look period) he shall get refund in 30 days.
I have sent atleast a dozen emails all the way up to head member relations...

I had booked a holiday in club mahindra mussourie and called at 11 am to inform thaat i have hurt my leg and will be checking in within 1 hour and they inquired all details of booking and said ok room will be ready. After reaching there they kept us waiting for 2 hours and then denied the reservation. My whole day was spoiled and we didnt know qhat to do. club mahindra fraud gift voucher

I purchased xuv 500 w10 & received a 4d/3n club mahindra voucher as a part of the purple club welcome kit.
I wanted to avail haoliday in gantok between 20 - 22 jan 2018, trying to book on 10.3.2017. But apart from kanha, no othe resort is avaiable. I cannot believe at non peak time, entire club mahindra resort across india is booked. This is fraud....

I have tried to contact club mahindra quite a number of times now but they don't seem to care. Their local executive of my area won't even pick his phone after i hold him i want to cancel my membership. Calling their customer care number gives a answering machine and the option that they will call you back in 4 hours, which they never do. I have blocked their emi but this is no way to treat your customer. Shame on them....
