Non-transfer of membership after paying all money and submitting required documents (Unethical behaviour)

Resorts not available against coupon issued

Recently, we purchased an xuv 500 on which we got a coupon to be redeemed with one out of thirty-five (35) club mahindra resorts for 3n/4d.

The irony of the case is:

1) we purchased the vehicle and register here on 15th april
2) till date there is no room available in any of the 35 resorts.
3) club mahindra has about 50 resorts but no clue why coupons to be redeemed against designated 35 resorts...

I can't do booking 4 months in advance and at the time of taking purple season membership...
