Hi, My name is Mohsin Usmani. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I got a offer from cognizant on 29/12/2021.
After completing all BGV process and prejoining forms I gets delayed in joining which was on 17/01/2022 because my BGV process was not completed.
Once my BGV process gets completed they changed my joining date to 24/01/2022 but I again didn't receive my onboarding pass and on 25/01/2022 they rejected my offer by saying...

I tried to follow the steps mentioned in email but I was unable to continue Step-1 : when clicked on the link it is showing "You are currently signed in as [protected]@outlook.com, however, [protected]@gmail.com was invited. Do you want to switch to [protected]@gmail.com?"
then I clicked on switch account, it showing:
"Invitation redemption failed

I have received my Internship Offer Letter and my Name is Completely Incorrect where they have put my father's name(K Rajendran) instead of my name (R SUCHITHA) . I have been raising tickets for past three days and it is put you will get a reply within 48 hours but still I have not got any reply so far. I got mail from cognizant regrading to complete per joining formalities. But I am unable to login into 1C portal. please resolve problem as soon as possible thank you.

I had my interview on 19jan both technical and HR and received an email after interview saying, I've cleared the interview for service desk role but on 21jan i got an email saying i didn't clear the interview.

HR is not at all responsible in replying or guiding the candidates. After 5 days he is updating my feedback after which also he is taking time to respond he never pickups my call. I did not submit one document and was not able to get onboarded on Dec 30, 2021. I also got an email from Cognizant that I was not able to onboard due to technical issues and will be get new DOJ. I am still not able to submit Percentage document as the Background Verification Portal is closed and have not got the next DOJ yet....
