Aircel, Prepaid — it doesnot deactivate my service

I have aircel connection but i am suffering from last two months .my account balance reduce one rupees in one day.it send a sms on 5303001 and cut my balance .i have already contact airecel costumer care and say my problem .he worded a complain my complain no is[protected] and said your problem is solved within 16 September but write know I have safariing same problem again i contact c.s but he does not say any thing and cut down my phone .please solve my problem and return my balance because it activate this services without any information .

i received an sms that i won the 2009 coca cola contest for 1 million.it said that my number got selected.any details??

one night i hear a sound my 80 paise disappeared, i look my clock time was 12.48am, aircel starts cheating i am from kerala

i know how to use aircel poket internet in pc ...it simple = here are the setting in pc= go to modems then modems properties thne go extra initialization commands me likhi ye-+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "aircelweb" then cange default preferences me jake flow control ko none me set kerke dail up me jake dail kare *99***1# then 115.2kbps me a ye ga aircel internet

It might be just a technical problem at their end. I think you just need to go to the nearest Aircel store and speak to the people there – this problem should be solved in like no time. Make sure you carry your complaint number for reference.

now aircel pocket internet is improving i am also using pocket internet earlier i also having problem bt nw i am satisfied

Can any one pls clarify me the difference between surfing and downloading. Because i believe that even we dont download anything but open a home page of any site then a particular amount of data will be automatically downloaded.i purchased the aircel sim on 20.09.09 very recently just for the sake of pocket internet. It is not at all opening even the home page. It is very very bad when compared to that of airtel.

hello i using aircel 98 unlimited gprs plan but it does not work it is always says that LINK IS NOT AVAILABLE so please help me.

i do agree with the issue that aircel gprs is the worst gprs...very slow...even google.com is not opening sometimes.don't go for it.

Aircel (West Bengal) — Reduce the balance without proper cause

I have a Cell phone connection of Aircel (West Bengal).My cell number is [protected].My problem is that aircel company reduce my prepaid account balance on 19th September 5 INR, 27th September 10 INR,3 rd October 5 INR without proper cause.
I called them on customer care number([protected],[protected]),They told me that they reduce my balance for downloading something from GPRS,where my Handset is a Nokia 1110
( IMEI [protected]).Nokia 1110 is not a GPRS handset.I told them but they listen me.
I want to get back my 20 (5+10+5) INR as prepaid account balence.

Hi Iam jatinder here.i live in delhi. Aircel pocket internet service is very poor. When i purchased aircel sim. vendor was saying to me this is unlimited browsing or downloding service.You must use it but its not true. They play flase every one. Aircel internet service unable to update a one antivirus with in 5 hrs. Service is so slow. They are doing ambessalment with customer.

Guys chill u all r right aircel is bloody but as frm gng through forums i got a best acelerator for aircel i.e. Internet download manager it gives me speed of 20-102 kbps speed normal is 20-30 also i use apn aircelweb bt idm works only with downloads that support resume capability

Ya really speed sucks.. I recommend no one to buy aircel any Why.. Even network in Bangalore is poor.. And ofcourse no response from customer service... Airtel in almost 10 better and 25times faster than aircel..
