Aircel — setting not provided

Gprs setting not provided after selling the connection.Its been a week I bought a new connection for pocket internet.Daily I am calling the customer care but setting is not given. They are really trained to disconnect the calls of the customer.I have not even used internet even a single hour after I got the connection. I had spent Rs 200/= but it is useless. I dont think that they can provide me the setting with the pc

waste of money and time government should ban this company for fooling people
it is a crime

Yes, I agree to the fact that the pocket internet facility provided by AIRCEL is poor.The speed is very slow compared to other network.Also there is intermittent connectivity in the GPRS.Every 302 sesssion is closing.

I purchased a aircel sim card on june, 2009
i recharged with Rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file my connection has loss, it doesn't downloads the full file, and now after some time re connect the internet then after some time the connection has again nd agin loss the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.

aircel is the worst mobile operator in delhi no network and no net they are just making money on the name of free net .
More over spoling the image of mahi .

I would strictly say that Aircel is looting people in delhi. They are giving false illusion to people that they have a good network which any person can learn looking at this forum. They donot mention which all handset their service work or donot work. I can understand that services might not work with chinese handsets but its terrible to see that Aircel service donot work with Blackberry.

Top it all the customer care people are not aware about the services. The gave me various different ways to activate the service which i followed. they wasted 4 days and said that now they donot provide service on bb.

Really shameful entity that i have come across. I was an IDEA customer and i have never ever faced problem with them and would remain an IDEA customer.

Aircel should write an apology letter to all the subscribers who are facing problem and they have right to change their business, so they should open a new business of saving people. They are good in it.

Nothing worst they can do, I have seen this list and it would really increase till they dont shut their business.

I wud suggest u visit a nearby store, m sure they will fix it, , ,

Aircel — simply eating my currency

Im zubair, i purchaced an Aircel sim GSM card, my no is [protected], i activated the pocket unternet plan for 14 Rs. for three days, 1st day it was nice but second day they charged me 99 rs. simply... i want my currency back... i hope my requestwill full fill...

this is a very poor service, connection gets disconnected within a minute.
it is extreamely slow. they are just fooling teh customers
very poor customer care
dont take this service, its a time and money wastage

Iam using the Aircel network on last 7years.
My comments.
1. More time network busy.
2. More time tower signal dropped.
3. GPRS-Loading/downloading very slow. AirTel, BSNL, Vodafone very fast.

To connect your Aircel Pocket Internet through your laptop or desktop, please add the following text as it is, without brackets, in box provided for extra initialization commands in advanced tab of modem properties dialog box to be opened from "phone and modem" option under control panel.

I have used Aircel pocket internet on my pc. The speed I got is around 30 to 50kpbs. Actual file downloading is around 5kpbs only.

hai iam irfan i want to say my balance have been cut two time.my call charges on aircelmobile in bihar @1 rs my balce will continue @ 1rs .i have been complain in aircel customer care three time but there from no response. my complain no is [protected] and my mobile number is [protected]. so you do somting. unless i will comblain police station for balance deduction

AirCell — i can't access internet with my cell phone

sir i buyed aircel prepaid connection on monday 17 august 2009 and i can't accessing internet from 17 august,
i send every day wap setting request to coustomer care no.as below 121 but i have no any respose from your service provider,
plz sir send me internet setting for access internet on my nokia 5310 .

i recharged with Rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, and connection is disconnect after 2 minuts when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.
