[Resolved]  Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet

I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected],
I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009
I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.

i want my number [protected] of Aircel to be deactivated ASAP.. the sim was misplaced few months ago and i found out today that it is being used by someone else in Kolkata.. it's my urgent request to deactivate the above number which is registered under the name of Narayan Ch. Sarkar.. Thank you..

I Sugguest to all do not purchase the Aircel SIM for access the internet bucause i also frustrated after using the Aircel Pocket Internet its Very Very Slow and intermittent Disconnected. i think its wast of time and money

Aircel — bad service of gprs

it is very slow internet service it do good work only for 5 days after that is does not work. it became very slow

I have a aircel sim delhi ragistration but it can be not work properly
for using pkt internet. it disconnect again and again after 5 to 10 miniuts

(its disconnect when mobile screen show msg your internet unlimited use for three days

same problem as sanjeev kumar. i also not recieved gprs setting after recharging and sending msg for that.
i used mannual settings but i don't know it is right or not. i bought the sim for internet.
customer care for gprs cell all the waste of time. i trid to call for 20-25 min again and again but in vain.
any other network sends gprs setting very soon not like this.
cc says they can't any help regarding gprs . what is this? what is the purpose of cc?
if you have given these plans to attract customers so reward as good quality.
i checked its services i think i have to use only my idea cellular only. it is an indian co.. and quality also good.

I also go with those complaints, because I purchased aircel sim on 22/07/09 and get recharge of 98 for pocket internet. but still i didnt recd GPRS setting, even after following all the process which they have given on the recharge voucher and also whenever we tried to contact to customer care it's always busy. really now i m disappointed, y i have bought the aircel connection.

Aircel CUG — Unwanted advetisment displayed on mobile screen

Dear Sir,

Unnecessary advertisements are being displayed on my mobile screen like `gift [protected]@[protected]' .I hope I am not paying monthly bills any kind of forced stuff like this.I wish to see only network and area info on my display .

When i calld the customer care, none is picking up. This will leave me no other option than to choose some other network provider.
