Aircel — Non activation of mobile no.9808376917
Dear Sir/Madam,I regret to inform u that i have puchased the above connection from Khurana watch company on 7/4/2009 they informed me that it will be activated within 15 minutes but till now it is not started. Neither the Khurana watch company's personnel is picking up the phone nor nodal officer no. or appellate authority phone no. is connecting msg comes plz check the number.
plz let me know the remedy what to do

The Worst customer care is Aircel, , , , , dont even think of buying any connection from them, , , they can only be limited to villages not in metros, , , , pathetic, , , , , , worst of worst service, , , i bought the prepaid number on dated 03/04/2009 and today is 16/04/2009 the number is not activated, , , although i have submitted all my papers the same day and their customer care assured me that the number will be activated the same day i.e. 03/04/2009, , , but the same has not activated even after 15 days.
So many times i spoke to their so called customer care i think at least 50 times but failed, , i have not seen such pooor service from any mobile industries, , , not even this, , , on 13/04/2009 right after 10 days of purchasing of that sim, , , i spoken to ''AMIT CHOPRA'' told to be a FLOOR MANAGER, of so called their office, , , he assured that the activation will be done within 3 hrs, , , , but the same has not been done till yet, , , and today again (16/04/2009) i spoke to their call centre, , , , and when i asked for the ''AMIT CHOPRA'', Mr. CHOPRA, , , hide his face with guilt and left massage to his collegue that he is busy in a meeting, , , , of course meeting is more important that their pathetic services, , , and when i asked for some other manager or Supervisor, , , that call center guy named ''RANBIR'' told that every one is busy in meeting, , , (must be disscussing in their meeting how to provide more pathetic services in the market).
I don't know whether they are aware of International Consumer Rights Protection Council ( ICRPC ) if not kindly visit this site "www.icrpc.org/ " and shortly you will receive the notice from them.
''YOU ALL HAVE LEFT ME NO CHOICE EXCEPT TO GO TO International Consumer Rights Protection Council AND FILE A CASE OF THIS HOPELESS SERVICE''.

Aircel — Charged 30 INR for a service deactivated in previous bill cycle
Hi,I am a AIRCEL Postpaid customer.
I availed a service called KNOW YOUR ENGLISH @ 30 INR/month.
7th FEB - I raised a request to deactivate the service. I was assured that it will be deactivated in 48 hrs.
10th FEB - I called the customer care again asking why it wasn't deactivated. They raised a Complaint number saying that they will look into it. By this time I have insisted on the point that my Feb month Bill cycle which starts on 15th FEB shouldn't carry this service.
Again came the 48 Hrs follow up on deactivation PROMISE.
12th FEB-I called up again another Complaint number was raised and it was promised that it will be deactivated before the FEB month bill cycle date.
19th MARCH-I got a bill which shows that AIRCEL is charging me 30 INR for Know your English (for a service I haven't used that month)
I called the customer care again.
23rd MARCH- I got one more complaint number.
29th MARCH-AIRCEL Customer care stopped taking my calls.
30th MARCH-12:00 AM- My call was taken and another 48 hr promise came in and it was said that my 30 INR error in billing will be corrected SINCE KNOW YOUR ENGLISH got deactivated on 14th FEB (a day before my Bill Cycle date 15 FEB)
Today 31st MARCH- I paid my bill amount minus 30INR, still waiting for a confirmation from them in a way other than word of mouth.
MY KIND ADVICE:
AIRCEL this is for you...Stop using DHONI and SURIYA as brand ambassadors.
START USING POLITICIANS or even my Team Leader
