[Resolved]  Aircel — GPRS / pocket internet

I m using aircel in delhimy number is[protected],
I purchased a aircel sim card on 10th of june, 2009
I recharged with rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, when i try to download a file which is more than 750kb-1mb, it doesn't downloads the full file, it gets paused, and now after 5 days the browsing is also getting poor and downloading is literally 'nill', this is pure cheating and looting by them in the name of free unlimited internet.

i want my number [protected] of Aircel to be deactivated ASAP.. the sim was misplaced few months ago and i found out today that it is being used by someone else in Kolkata.. it's my urgent request to deactivate the above number which is registered under the name of Narayan Ch. Sarkar.. Thank you..

Aircel Mobile-prepaid — Topup

I made a payment of Rs. 65 and Rs.60 yesterday (24/05/2009) for my mobile No. [protected], I got an SMS for the same, but when I made the enquiry of balance on 25th the money which is paid is not reflected in the balance. This is how a company will treat the costumers. I donot know whom we have to contact for such complaints.

Aircel — Fraud in Unbilled Value

Dated : 28th May 2009

I have checked my Unbilled value using LIMIT to 54441

As of 24th May 2009 my Unbilled Value is Rs 74

As of 25th May 2009 my unbilled Value is Rs 725.

As of 26th May 2009 my unbilled Value is Rs 1145.

I'm making only CUG calls and SMS.
Also I have activated 5000 local SMS.

Day by day my unbilled value is increasing wrongly, becoause of which my out going calls are getting barred.

Because of Aircel billing issue my unbilled value is increasing and outgoing calls are barred every two days.

I'm getting SMS from [protected], stating that my Credit limit has crossed and outgoing is barred.

For last 30 days I'm having lot of problems with Aircel and my outgoing were constantly disconnected due to Aircel Billing Issue.

These last 30 days, there is lot of mental tension, insult, and huge losses suffered by me.

I am in mumbai customer of Aircel.I came in tamilnadu 5th june 2009.Before I am tought about the our customercare centre to discuss my networkproble.But after 6th june, I didnot have anynetwork in tamilnadu ( area - vallioor).I tought the customercare in local they are not heping to me.They are telling to me I speake to mumbai customer center .I didnot have any network in tamilnadu how is possible to speake to customer in mumbai.Nobody the local customer provider helping to me.I cannot call for any my business partner, and I lost for something.If they are helping to me I given a Higher level.

Kindly checkabout this number status It have any Incoming and outgoing call for 6 june 2009 to 8 june 2009.I arrival at 9 th june.and reaching in mumbai in10th june 2009.I thing I cannot have a call 10th june 2009.
Just check if your roaming was activated because this has happened to me in the past where my roaming was not activated and I could only activate it from my home circle which is Mumbai for you. :)
There is no network for last 4 to 5 days in our locality. I am from Vill- Brahmapara, P.O.- Simurali, Dist- Nadia, W.B., Pin- 741248. It is a case of cheating. I want the punishment against the company as soon as possible.
It is Very much fact about the aircel that it is cheating and looting customer, for its full gprs service it is getting 98 rupee from customer and servicing nothing, even after folloing their process of setting pocket internet is not working, and also they have no provision of giving the complain no of customers complain
I m very much agree with the complaint regarding free unlimited internet with rs98 recharge. This is a very bad joke made by aircel. There is very poor connectivity & bad service.
I know its quite a pain when you need to wait long for download. However I think in this respect Aircel's new service is good and this I am saying from my one years experience with them. It could also be possible that since the downloads made by you are large the cache memory may be exhausted on your phone causing it to slow down. What phone do you use?

Aircel — not satisfy with the service

i have activated unlimited plan of 98 for using net, but they have not still given me the setting that how i should connect it with my pc. whenever i call on customer care they say that we will call you within 2 hour, and when i say that i every time i call you and there is no response from your side they imidiately cut the phone i have made that 98 e recharge on 1st june. as it look i have wasted my money. tell what i should do?

Aircel — No network coverage form noon

Hello my name is shahid khan, i live in panvel and from panvel i have purchased a new sim card of AIRCEL Mobile, and the no is [protected], AIRCEL mobile is failed to give us proper network, From 2pm onwards my cell is only searching network, i have gone 9 time in the aircel gallery but there is no response from them...

It's a request if anyone can help me out please help...
The Company does provide the settings, I am sure if you would have given the no here in the blog for which you are facing the problem, solution would ahve reached you.
Suggest you provide the complaint ID on the blog and you will get the solution.

my aircel is getting limited service
Respected sir/mam,
I am usinjg pocket internet facility till from 4 days but i am unable to acess any site.When i want to see any videos then it gives me message that at first you have to define default acess point first.
Please. do something to solve this problem.
