also go with those complaints, because I purchased aircel sim on[protected] and get recharge of 98 for pocket internet. but still i didnt recd GPRS setting, my mobail no is [protected] and mobail model is china S90 not active GPRS setting

i purchased aircel sim 0n 16 april and after activat my sim whan i use the aircel num then the network is vary week & mostly time no natwork in my cell.
aircel is cheating the people by the name pocket internet
the complaints are very much true friends,
if the company cannot give us the required internet facility then why does it promise to give so?
we never said the company to rate the pocket internet card so low, but if it promise to give us better connectivity then it should work accordingly.
whenever i try to connect the aircel pocket data connection to my laptop, it says "subscribe to packet data first"
i called the customer service officers a no. of times, but nothing worked out guys...VERY POOR RATINGS INDEED

Hey, you should raise an FIR at the nearest police station and contact the nearest Aircel store with the details. I am sure they can help you for the same.
Aircell customer support center is a . they don't bother about their customer. Aircell should be rooted out of the Indian market. I purchased a sim on 16 June but they are not sending any setting.

Ya You are right. The Aircel has launched a nice scheme "Pocket Internet " for cheating the people and Grab money. But is there any way to file case against this. If it is possible by the documents we have connected to their simcard ?

my name is[protected] First all of you know that now a days aircel pocket internet is cheap and best compared with other network. Speed of gprs is depending upon network coverage. In night time speed is higher than day time. It is best to use gprs mostly at 11pm-7am. But i agree that customer care is dead. Whenever i calling to 52024, they attend after 10mins. They are worst.
