Hi, i am using airtel postpaid number & for last six months i m suffering from excess billing.my average daily calls are near about 25 calls but i have been charged for 100 calls daily.I logged complaints to customer care but didn't get response from them.They said our system is error proof and you have made calls therefore u have to pay..

NOW THEY SAY THAT THE CHEQUE IS BOUNCED.WHEN I ENQUIRED IN THEIR OFFICE, FOR THE REASON OF CHEQUE BOUNCE, THEY CAN'T GIVE ANY ANSWER.WHEN I ASKED TO RETURN THE BOUNCED CHEQUE THEY SIMPLY REFUSED.

Earlier I was getting my monthly ebill in email id [protected]@yahoo.com and I was regularly paying against each bill on time.
But from october 08 month, I am not receiving my mobile bill in time. Everytime, I am calling or emailing Airtel customer care to send my ebill, which after long duration, they will send. I have the proofs of each mail sent to them asking my ebill.
