my phone number [protected] charges for download games but I have not download any things and no other special offer is granted by me. but from my account the money is charges by sending me different reasons. If further unreasonable charges are charged then i will disconnect the connection and go to cout

Aircel bill payment using debit card is poor service..,
Aircel provides worst facility to pay bill.

Worst service provided by aircel.
Cant pay bill through online banking, other bank debit card, visa credit card..
Aircel is worst..

Whenever i call up customer care it took at least 15 minutes to get connected to agent as we as the answering () machine never give option to talk to customer care. Please make the process simple so that we can talk to customer directly.

When ever i tried to talk to customer care the answering machine keeps on talking and never give option to talk to customer care and it takes at least 15 minutes. There should be direct link to talk to customer care. This is really relly bad!!!

Sub:- Net banking thru if you are by mistake paid extra payment than not recovery system for customer . My cell no [protected], I have been extra payment 4800/-
but not recovery my account mr. Sumit gulariya (mob no [protected]) who are executive in Airtel . He was promise refend my extra paid amount, but at present no refand my extra paid amount. pl look the meter.

My post paid phone number is [protected]. I am sick of your bloody billing system. Irritating!!! My usage was not more than Rs 275/- in January (till 31st) as per your system information, but I need to pay Rs 390.94! Why?
That is the reason I converted one of my Airtel numbers (earlier it was 4) into BSNL. Gradually I will convert all.

But I want to know the bloody reason! Otherwise I would lodge one at consumer forum and you people need to assure me about the future. Every time I am not supposed to carry anxiety out of your irresponsible, dishonest attitude.
