Now a days I am not getting monthly bills by post. I am at a loss to know howmuch I should pay. Earlier there used to be an SMS message on to my mobile the amount to be paid. But this also has been stopped since a month. When i tried to see my bill on line, I browsed through net. No where the clear methodology of viewing my bill on line is mentioned.
