COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR DELIVERY BOY: "Mr Deepak: Employee Code: 12226" Airway Bill no: [protected]
Dear Sir,
This time it was a very humiliating and embarrassing experience with Blue Dart which will let me think twice to avail the service of Blue Dart.I had a courier on my Wife's name Mallika Srivastava and I missed it on 12/07/2010 (Airway Bill no: [protected]). However I contacted the customer care and arranged for it delivery on 14/07/2010, but am sorry to say that your courier boy Mr Deepak had his vague reasons for not given it to me personally as my wife is out of town as she is working in Delhi.
The incident goes like this:
I asked Mr Deepak that if it can be given to me? He replied yes, on verification of my identity proof. Secondly I showed him my Driving Licence and company id proof. Then he started getting personal about our surnames as My wife is Srivastava and I am Jaiswal. His logic was that since my wife name is Mallika Srivastava, he assumed my name to be Srivastava as per his Maharastrian norms. When I conveyed him that its her surname and I am her husband, he started asking follish questions like Why I am not Srivastava, Where is Madam etc. Listening to these kind of foolish questions about one's personal life anyone would have slapped him. However controlling my anger I requested him that I can show her Passport and Mariage Certificate but still he insited on the same things that why my wife name is Mallika Srivastava and mine Ashutosh Jaiswal.
I request you to please teach some manners and way they should talk and treat to customers. Missing a courier is not a big deal but his intrusions in perosnal life in front of neighbours was embarrasing.
Thanks for such great service. I wish that I would not have to avail Blue Dart Services in future after such a shameful incident and behaviour by your staff Mr Deepak (Employee Code: 12226)

Document / Parcel — Not Delivered and Want Proof of Delivery
Dear Sir/MadamWe have sent some Document to my office SCORPIO HOUSE through the trackon courier on 26-6-10 docket no[protected], but it was not delivered to the clients and when I called many Times to the branch office and regional office Bangalore to get POD but those not giving correct answer and disconnected the phone many times and staff behaving very rudely and no response from them.
I want P.O.D / Recieved copy only if Courier is Recived
My kind request to you to help us in tracking this courier and if it is not reached to office and I m going to loose my jobs. Please help us and take neccessory action against that company.

Blue Dart — Refusal for Delivery...
Bank documents still didnot delivered even though such envelop of document is received to destination office Satara of Blue dart but not delivered to me because they dont have time to deliver and refused to deliverBlue Dart provides Very poor services

Hi; with much agony I am writing this piece of compliant against the Blue Dart, in my name one packet had been handed over to Blue Dart from Chennai on 02 Aug’10 for Kolkata, though the primary address on that packet mentioned my residential address and alternative at my office address in Salt Lake with required contact phone/mobile numbers. I checked on web that the same was suppose to be delivered to me on 5th evening, however I did not get the same on that and next day when I checked again on net tracking, I found it was mentioned there “no such consignee found” . I called Blue Dart Kolkata office immediately and came to know that the delivery man came to my office on 5th evening and did not find me and he left, as I worked in a IT office situated in SEZ, naturally outsider’s entry is restricted but we do have a Reception desk where the courier person comes, calls us with our internal phone and delivered the same, I checked with my office reception desk found one from Blue dart that day came and enquired about me. Then I had to make lot lots of phone call and finally they delivered me the same material on 10th of Aug’10 evening at my office address.
I had a long discussion with Ms Jhuma, a Blur Dart representative who was available at[protected], she informed me that as my residential address did not have any flat no, it was not possible for them to deliver the same as per Blue Dart’s SOP. Now if a person does not stay in a Flat (apartment) aren’t they delivering any packet to them? (What happened with me. If not why during the time of taking the booking they do not say the same?), more over on investigation I found the delivery man Mr. Sinchan did not checked with my official reception desk on 5th Aug’10 and furnished with a incorrect information, he confessed the same on 10th Aug’10 when he came for delivery. My reception people know him personally as he comes on regular basis to my office as we have a business deal with Blue Dart.
My question is that we the common people avail courier company like Blue Dart ensuring the best service and bear the extra cost, aren’t the local office did not have a little courtesy to call the customer and informed even actually they could not trace him or her.
Now, the document which was handed over to them from Chennai on 2nd Aug and they finally delivered on 10th Aug’10, the loss I faced, whom going to replace that, can I asked for any suitable compensation to Blue Dart?
And finally I need the Blue Dart representative MS JHUMA[protected] who showed me the Blue Dart’s SOP can answer my questions?
I appeal to the administrative personnel of Blue Dart to take necessary steps to that particular representative whom I talked and the delivery man Mr. Sinchan should be cautioned and provided with necessary action taken to save Blue Dart from tremendous customer dissatisfaction.

Guess this courier company turns out to be the worst available in our nations. They are bloody cheats and liars. Bloody disorganized duffers. My product has been lying at their Bilaspur hub for the past 4 days, for no God Damn Reason. A bloody 3 kg packet requires so much time? What the hell do they wanna do to my package? Do they understand the fact that someone who "Courier's" a product, does it because he needs the product to be delivered in a high priority, speedy manner; while such a shoddy service of theirs results in the product reaching even later than an ordinary post.

I have been facing the same problem from BLUE DART office at Shevale centre in pimpri, Pune
These guys are so arrogant while speaking and delivered our axis bank debit card

Seriously.. Blue dart courier and that to the CBD belapur office is damn bad and unprofessional. As per the head office, they have given the phone number to contact belapur office to check whether my parcel is there or not ( As I had reuest to collect the parcel from the belaur office rather than they getting delivered at my place).. no one picks the call.. the number that i tried were 27560635/36/37. from the afternoon 2.00p till 6.00pm.. tried roughly 40 times... no response... bad service
Axis Bank — Using Foul and abusive language
Axis bank collection department officials use foul and abusive language during collection calls when there is a provision to settle all outstanding debts.IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE and a case of harrasment.
With out helping us resolve the debt they use abusive language over the phone.
Barclay — Non receipt of welcome gift
I am holding Barclay Credit Card [protected], since last three years. I convinced and opted for Barclay Card Platinum Edge from Barclay credit card division.I choose for this offer against the promise of an exquisite gift set worth Rs. 17,995/- as gift hamper associated with this offer. I was told then, membership charges will reflect in my next month bill statement i.e. of Aug 10, and gift hamper will be delivered in after first payment.
As per promise, Bank levied one year membership charges of Rs. 9999/- and service tax of Rs 1029.90/- in Aug ‘10 bill statement but I didn’t received the gift hamper or any vouchers yet, except a welcome letter along with new Platinum card.
Till date, I called up the customer care for 10 times in regard to the concern issue and each time they gave standard answer i.e. will arrange call back facility from concerned department.

Blue Dart — not delivered and not responding on phone
I have not received my delivery and after this when i were making a call to customer centre of BLUE DART they are not responding . they just ask my shipment number and put me on hold untill i cut the connection. Dear sir,

Bluedart Express — Blue Dart Stolen my credit card
Refusal for delivering courier and usage of foul languageTo Blue dart
This is regarding refusal of delivering credit card and usage of abusive language by the courier delivery executive of blue dart.
Primafacia - The executive called on phone for delivering the credit card.he fixed up the time 12.pm and then arrived late on 25th december.1.45 pm
he called on phone and said that he arrived at the address and nobody was there where as in actual he did'nt come there and then the call made was from my side that still waiting for collection of the card.
finally, the person came with the delivery package and used abusive language when asked for the delay and refused to deliver the package(credit card) sent from barclays bank.
in the mean time he collected the pan card and wrote the pan card number on his receipt book and then went away with the card.
he even said that the courier will not be delivered and what so ever action i want to take i may do that and now in no body can get that parcel delivered at my address.
If this blue dart employees will do...then i don't think that anybody will be interested in getting services from blue dart.
I am sorry to say with this experience i will never ever use blue dart services.
second concern is the collection of credit card any how that bank has to see how they will get me that courier delivered.

This is a real careless act shown by Blue Dart Courier services; they have delivered my confidential shipment to some unknown recipient. The courier company should be sued for this.Has been delivered to some person named Vijay, this is a mess created by the courier company!!
