[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — too slow speed

From last 6 months I am using Broadband.It was really good speed at that time but from last 4 months it is damn too LOW speed. Please IMPROVE the service it is consumers request PLEASE...


BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM MY PARENTS ARE FORCING ME TO REMOVE THE "NET"


HELP ME.

i completely agree with the above complaints. i got my connection few days back- Home 500 c+. i m so much fed up with BSNL system. firstly it took me 1 and a half month to get connection. the line man put the wires loose...believe me then i got it done my self. the modem takes minutes to start... the server often doesnt get connected...during day hours speed is ok... but in night hours it sucks...(3-6kbps...can even go to few bytes/sec)... what can i get from the SO CALLED BROADBAND is to view text pages with some flash...

bsnl broadband 2mb speed — slow speed

i have 2 mb speed of bsnl they call it like that but whatever i download it is dowloading at a very high speed of 5 kb/s which is very high speed as they say
what i have to do now switch to some other providers

In single sentance- "BSNL- Worst Service ever".
BSNL is just can be said good for landline ONLY(that too worst in Landline complaints and services). Worst mobile service, worst internet service, worst customer care support, and ofcourse worst of worst billing..
BSNL can be said as intelligents becaus thay thing that we customers are fools. Before it wer 250rs to 500rs plans for usage of 1gb and 2gbs per month with speeds 250kbps. For that the sped will be ok. but the monthly charge will go around[protected]rs. Now these BSNL [censored]s introduced 750(they say speed is 256kbps) and 1350(they say speed is 512kbps) unlimited download plans. But for this the speed is just not even 30 to 40kbps, even worst than BSNL dial up network. Wat the [censored] they think they are.. And thay say thay are top in internet services.
These money minded assshits should change the name from 'broadband to dial up' for 750 and 1350 plans and all unlimited plans..
In India possibly BSNL is the only service which stays in everyones mind and almost everyones homes. But also in India, BSNL is the only service which 'lacks customers satisfaction'.. WORST...

Don't use bsnl its tooooooo slow m using 750 plan and its speed is only 15 to 20 kbps

i have 750 Home plan of broadband .I have been facing a problem in the net connection was very slow .( My number:[protected], nellore).. and the same time when i call your people .. ther are telling problem is ther wot we do ... some times ther are telling call another number[protected].., i am trying to call that number it was coming beep sound wot is this please telll me sir who is right person to solve my problem . i am doing engineering .. i am doing project... every day i am think wot i do, i am getting mental when i am taking your connection .. ... i need the whois right person solve my problem... pleaseeeeee

My connection also in slow speed sometimes 40 kb/s how could solve this problem what is the best way for BSNL to prove they are the best in Indian Broadband service the TATA Land line also in up coming compitator for BSNL I think BSNL will take challenge with it.

I see responses from many angry BSNL customers. I am posting this comment over a BSNL broadband connection. My personal experience with BSNL is very positive. Airtel, Reliance and Tata Indicom guys had earlier refused to give me broadband connection mentioning they will need to draw 2 kms of cable for me. However BSNL was equipped well to give this connection. I love BSNL.

bsnl 500c plan — please help

after enterin my portal id and password wen i click on view usage its cumin that session expired...pls help me///

I had an Activated the 500PLUS Plan in BSNL BroadBand before this was giving me an Download speed of 200-300kb/s.later they introduced this bludy 750PLUS Unlimited plan and switched over to this plan now i am getting hardly 25-36kb/s.

BSNL Broadband — slow intenet speed

I am staying in ahmedabad gujarat india.I am having Bsnl's dataone home 500 plan.The plans is of 2mbpd speed while during
free unlimited download time of 2 am and 8 am .I am only getting speed around 50 kbps.I have heard the rumours that bsnl is blocking the bandwidth and selling it to other isps in ode to earn more money which is illegal.Please help me on these problem.

Hello buddies, , , , , , , I have gone through ur complaints mentioned above but my Experience with bsnl from last 1 yr is too good. I'm using bsnl 1 GB plan from jaipur n it is providing me the speed the ISP has metioned, truly I love BSNL.

256 is a surfing speed and download speed is always 8 times slower than it.
but we need more speed for downloading big files
u cant use such software like speed up net or anything because the bandwidth is fixed to 256 kbps

BSNL sucks big time..
does not undrstand what to do? Planing to have reliance connection atleast little reliable..

im against the bsnl service too.but if they dont give wat we want?.we have to snatch it from them. thats wat i do.i spend alots of time in searching ways to increase the speed of bb.And somtimes i get success. but those baskets again reduces the speed of my bb(bsnl broadband).so i advice u all to do wat ever it takes to speed up .

Slow Speed — Slow speed of BSNL Broadband-reg

"HOME 500".Please verify this problem and give solution for my problem.

Service provided by BSNL is very poor and the response is not at all good. BSNL is providing free download free 2 to 8 am but the speed at this time very bad. Actually home plan is having speed of 250, which they should provide, but the speed i am getting is only 40 maximum.

broadband 250H — SLOW SPEED

when I had your product 125 H the spee of broad band was quite high, I use to talk and view my children easily on webcam .the communication was quite satishfactory.
but since Igot the PLAN -250 H, the communication became very difficult, I have to close my webcam for voice communication
kindly look into this and ractify the fault(increase the speed )at the earliest
