[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — too slow speed

I had an Activated the 500PLUS Plan in BSNL BroadBand before this was giving me an Download speed of 200-300kb/s.for the past one month its speed is changing randomly and also its bandwidth goes to 400 kbps and the speed goes to 35 kbps ... i had checked this speed in bsnl broadband tester only... so please look into this to recover my status as soon as possible...

i am using bsnl combo(799/-) plan which gives me a speed of 256kbps, now a days i am noticing that my speed has reduced, i have tried enough to resolve the problem but could not correct it
please help me out

my 250H plan was changed on 4th Dec
I observed very slow speed.
Iam not able to communicate properly on webcom with our kids

BSNL SUCKS big time! no one in their stupid offices are educated enough to even speak properly with their customers.
The problem is ours! We simply adjust for everythin that this goddamned country's officials and govt throws at us. dogs we are to them. they dont give a damn about our problems! why?? because we adjust to everything. Dont know when this country's citizens will stand up.
1 [censored]in day someone doesn know go to office, nothing will happen. that same day everyone can go to the bsnl offices and stage a protest and throw slippers at all those who work there. Till then, mark my words everyone, they'll [censored]in rule us!

i'm using 750 unlimited plan... right now the speed is 2kb..
is there any way to boost up the speed...because it takes more than 2 hr to download 30 mb file...

Since three weeks my Broad Band is not working and some time if it would be connected then its speed was very slow, my broad band speed has been very slow, so I am requesting to you please solve broad band complaint and broad band speed problem.

these bsnl people only know to put leave to office all the time simply sit in the house and dream about their family.they dnt even bother about the peoples money

my friends are using bsnl for them they r making wooden slates especially for bsnl modem, because the buttons get damaged and in order to work broadband they r ushing the button to the box and using their internet.modem is waste thing firstfall and then internet, my kindd advice not to get BSNL BROADBAND it is not BROADBAND it is WASTEBAND

Hi i am using 500 c+ plan.. (256kb up to 2mb)...My connection is very slow i am getting download speed only 20kb/s to 90kb/s but my friends getting speed in dis plan 300kb/s to 400kb/s please help me. Bsnl is not solving my problems..

i had home plan o[censored]nlimited but my download speed is too low... my sister is having same plan but she gets 160kbps as download speed whereas i get only 9.0kbps at max

hey why dont you try to complaint to DGM broadband in written and via mail both
it will work because SARKARI KAM (WORK) SARAK-SARAK KER HI HOTE HAI
it means it will be the hard PROOF to complaint in consumer forum in written nad via mail
also they will PAY FOR IT
help everyone who is using bsnl via this idea

I have a Home 500C plan. Earlier the speed was above1000 kbps. but now my speed doesn't even cross 200kbps (25kBps) whereas I am paying them for 256kBps. When I asked them, they registered a complaint and forgot. they are [censored]s.
