[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

Dear Sir,

My name is Vijayalakshmi, from bangalore .I am a BSNL customer, my land line[protected] was is not working properly, I want to register a compliant through BSNL Bangalore division on 12.05.10. Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

BSNL Service in Colachel (Kanyakumari District) is very very bad. I faced lots of difficulties while taking the BSNL broadband connection. Two weeks ago (On May 14, 2010) I applied for shifting my telephone[protected] from Colachel to Nagercoil. Till now (May26, 2010), I didn't get any update on my telephone Shifting. I called the Sub-Divisional Engineering office (in Colachel), but I didn't get any proper responses. It will be good, if BSNL recruits knowledgeable persons to enhance the quality of customer service.

My Telephone number is[protected]. On May 14, 2010 I have applied for shifting my telephone from Colachel to Nagercoil. Till now I didn't get any update on the status. Yesterday I logged a complaint in http://portal.bsnl.in. But no response. I dont know about the overall quality of service of BSNL in Tamil Nadu circle. But I felt, BSNL is doing very poor quality of service in Kanyakumari District. I am thinking of surrendering the telphone(cancelling). Why should I pay Rs.946/- without using telephone and brodband Services? It looks like BSNL dont know how to care customers.

BSNL — please have a look at this...No proper connectivity

Hi this s gayathri from Avadi...My phone number is 26554113...I don get proper connectivity in my Broadband...I feel,it will be because of the wire problem...The wires are not in proper connection.If any ailments of heavy wind or Rain,the wire will get problem again... I have complained twice to the Complaint section...But still the problem has not got recovered...I request you to look after the problem as i am paying an asset of 750 every month for this..I feel i have to get good result for my money invested...

Complaint about the landline

I am Presobh from UAE, using the landline of BSNL in my home. But I am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is[protected]Thevannur (My address is Salini Nilayam, Thevannur P.O, Thevannur, Kollam Dist.). I booked the complaint to Kollam for the last 30 days and also I inform to telephone exchange and Kokkad office through telecom more than 10 times. In this period, two days the service man came to rectify and within 10 minutes of his repair the same complaint will be happened. If this problem persist I would like to complaint this to higher authorities of BSNL and surrender my landline.

And also note that I got the bill for the dead phone as rent for the same month. This is too much insulting thing to the customer.

This is for your information and necessary action.

One month over reporting complaint in chavara(kollam).My land line number[protected].But they are bliming.They were told to me that jalanidi work broken the line, not attending the fault.If it is unable to rectify please cut my line and i will take connection after 6 months.Especting advice please.

Dear sir/ Madam,

Last month 5th of june 2010 I complaint in ayanavaram telephone exchange regards that my land line instrument not working properly, till today(17.07.10) morning 10am there is no proper response from them, after long very time convocation to them I got a old instrument.

Note: They not treating as good manner.

BSNL — No response from BSNL even after 17 Months

I have registered for a new Land line + Broadband connection on 12th February, 2009. Till now I did not hear back anything from the BSNL office. I have made numerous calls to their offices but they still don't have a clarity on when the connection will be made.

i have a bsnl landline connection but its a big shame because in evry month it become dead n from last 4 or 5 months i used to complaint about it but they never did any satisfactory work .if they do anything then aftr 1 or2 days it becomes dead again. i have exhausted by doin this again n again .plz do any valauable solution of this.i wl b thankful to you.
