To be frank, I scared to go to DHFL by seeing some negative comments on web, however this team overturned my perception. Even I was planned to cancel this loan during loan processing due to my personal dependency, however team inspired me & requested not to cancel the loan, advised the alternate option to resolve the issue. Can anyone pls tell me if i become a co applicant to my brothers home loan while my brother going to pay all the EMI's..will it affect my eligibility of another home loan. And which bank should i prefer to take a home loan.

I had taken Home Loan from DHFL and they charged heavy procession fees. Even though I had paid every amount of their dues, now they are charging late interest and other dues from, every month they are calling me and harassing me . This is not a financing company but It is a cheater company

Yes I agreed all the above issues having in DHFL and I faced some as follows for your sharing;

1. Interest rates hiked without intimation from 9.00% to 14.25% (from various stages)
2. Very poor hospitality provided for us when we approached them
3. No services provided to customers like Premium Certificates, receipts & others not send via email or post
4. Their staff feel and act like owner of our house and very nasty speeches at the time of their site visit

I had very bad experience with them after getting the home loan from them.

Pls. my advise is go with other nationalized banks like SBI, BOB, IB, IOB, CB & others.

ek to interest itna hei ki ... next time dhfl not in my list ... such suffecting & pathetic service given by service manager she shout on me apka kam hei to apko ek bar nahi 10 bar visit karna hei ... i am given aplication for awas yojana before 8 months still there showing co applicant doc r painding since 2 months so this job to tel customer 2 nd thing i submitted my co applicant doc before 2 weeks still no any action taken against my document as per dhfl call center i conform with call center no [protected] is this is dhfl call center or not... in two week i visited 4 times in bank i called custmer care lots of time but noting processed today my interaction with that lady she is not capable for that post

I wish I could give 0 or -1 for DHFL. This is the worst financial company I have ever seen. There customer care is the worst. They never reply to any of the emails. They never answer the calls. They just keep increasing the interest without informing. Please do not take any loans for DHFL if you want some peace in life.

i call to your customer care executive many time every time the ask same information, when i told them, i already call before & given all information. what they saying your data/ information not in our system . please advice which system you using if you cant store one customer details,

My dhfl home loan is sanctioned but dhfl not disbursement the loan. Dhfl says our market share has been down and you have to wait until our share rate up. I am worried about the loan bcz I have pay 10% of property cost to the seller. Dhfl please advice what to do, My seller not to understand. He want to money and I'm only depend on dhfl. If dhfl not to disbursement the loan amount then dhfl confirm the reason and say clearly. Please advice AAP.

As many folks have mentioned one of the worst finance corp to avail Home Loan. Unless you go for Insurance they 'll never approve your loan. Lot's hidden charges. All employees are crooks sitting there to harass you. Especially Mysore branch is the worst.

I had transfer my Home loan from Axis bank to DHFL but they cheated . Actually DHFL doing the fraud with people

My Loan Loan Application No.018363 and my EMi start in Sep 2018 now i was given the demand letter of builder for release the payment but after so many follow ups DHFL still not release the payment to my builder

Now DHFL team member called me that Sir please tranfer your home loan from us because we will not release the payment up to next 2-3 month due to our account sealed by RBI

Now what should i do .. please suggest

Can we go to RBI for complaint or go to consumer forum

Interest rates are changed with out notice. Now they are charging 13% where as RBI stated less than 9%.

Hi Team,
Tats bad, my ROI has been increased to 11.47% from 10.70% without my knowledge. It's very poor, if it not going to be reduced as per RBI rules kindly let us know so we can try for different bank. It seems to be more than personal loan ROI.
Also number Of EmI after 4 years of payment remains same no change in outstanding as well.
Help me in reducing rate of interest or let me know.
