DEAR SIR
I BOOKED AIR TICKET THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND THE PAYMENT TRANSFERRED TO THEIR ACCOUNT FROM MY BANK. THE AMOUNT ASKED WAS THE SAME AMOUNT REMITTED FROM BANK. WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES THE COMPANY REFUSED TO ISSUE PNR SAYING THE FARE INCREASED. WHEN BANK AUTHORIZATION PAGE OPENED THEY SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION. ONCE THE MONEY IS TRANSFERRED THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO CANCELL MY TICKET. iF THEY HAVE RIGHT ON PROFIT THEN THEY SHOULD BE READY TO ACCEPT LOSS ALSO. PLEASE HELP
