Ease My Trip — Booking details not given but Money got debited

Hello, I booked 1 ticket on Easemytrip app on 16 Feb for a flight on 17th Feb evening from Surat to BLR. Money Rs.7966/- was instantly debited via Gpay but I did not get any text/mail/communication of my booking/PNR. Despite multiple calls and emails with customer care from that night to the next afternoon -I didn't get booking details and had to do make alternative plans. Post several calls/ email follow-ups for refund, [protected]@easemytrip shamelessly emailed a copy of the Booking on 20th Feb ( 3 days after the expected flight date) and told me to take action as a "NO SHOW' on their portal. Even now, my number/email id is not linked to the booking id and support from [protected]@easemytrip is just so disappointing.
Please refund my money as clearly your system glitch did not link the booking to me.
