I completely disagree with this person, as i am a frequent traveller and i keep on booking airtickets through EaseMyTrip. Even i had taken a franchisee of EMT . and from past 3 years i am connected to easemytrip, i am not facing any problem working with them . they are very supportive and proffessional . they case which this guy is mentioning has got no roots.

falut is with ur agent dear sir u paid money to agents not to easemytrip actly there some sort of credit trems they provide to agents but they miss use it go to some reliable booking agent next time to book ur tickets

Check with your agent or else mail me your booking confirmation number or PNR number We will check from agent as agent had booked ticket from us so he have full right to cancell ticket any point of time, your agent must have received refund as well you can collect the same from him.

I am registered as franchise with EMT, however I am facing problems with commission credits not given to my account.
I have been writing mails for more than a month, but all in vain. The only response I am getting is that the concerned department is looking into the matter and your patience is highly appreciated.
If the company cannot provide support to franchise, then better terminate the agency and refund the deposit amount.

I came across EaseMyTrip.com name as a travel planner on a website so decided to use it for my recent travel.
I had booked a return travel for 2 persons from Chandigarh to Chennai vide Booking ID BET[protected].
It was surprising to get an e-mail stating that the booking is not confirmed! To add to my surprise, 5 hours later, the e-tickets were sent!
Fearing about the confirmation of the tickets, as I have been using easemytrip.com for the first time, I decided to call up the customer care. The executive searched with the booking ID and was unable to fetch details and requested for giving a call after 15 minutes.
15 minutes later, the caller informed that the booking has been cancelled as there was "no availability"
Having used easemytrip for the first time, the very first experience went awry and I shall never ever think about using this site for any travel hereon. Would also advise my acquaintances to refrain from EMT. Two sites with same name - one ending with .in and the other with .com. One accepts coupon codes, the other doesn't. One charges convenience fees, the other doesn't. Is EMT taking customers for a ride under similar names? I felt cheated. Certainly, only known brands in the market are the way to go. New comers are just playing games.

The customer care executives are non professional and very rude. They hang up after "informing" you about the disaster they have done to your travel plan.
Just take a look at the text that was received via e-mail from customer care:

Your booking has not been conrirmed due to some fare difference so kindly contact us asap other wise we will reject your booking"
Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, unprofessional sentence usage and no e-mail sign off! Looks like a roadside travel company.

I booked a ticket for Mumbai to Delhi, PNR :G8-CPOF5C for 11th March15.
I logged in to print the ticket and realised it is cancelled. I checked my old emails for any information and found that some guy named, Kshitiz from Easemytrip has cancelled the ticket. I called the customer care to enquire why he cancelled the ticket and to my surprise they told me they don't have any information and when Kshitiz would come tomorrow morning only then he can tell why he cancelled the ticket. He informed me that after deducting the cancellation charges balance money after cancellation has been refunded to my account. When i checked my account there was no refund of any kind from Easemytrip.
I asked the customer care person to transfer my call to some one who can help me as i booked this flight for my mother tomorrow and it is really important for her to take this flight, the agent got rude and told me that he has already informed me once and there is no one whom i can speak to, so drop a email to [protected]@easemytrip.com and someone will reply you.
This is a very helpless and annoying situation as I have been suggesting this website to all my team members in the team & they have no support when needed.
Can you please give me clarity on why this happened and provide any documentation you have from my side that clearly suggest that i have asked for cancellation of this ticket?
If the refund was initiated why it never hit my account and if it was initiated from your side then where did the money go?
