Ease My Trip is the worst when it comes to customer service. I would like to enlighten the forum members and the public in general about the poor quality of service provided by Ease My Trip.
We had booked a ticket from EaseMyTrip- after reviewing fares - and chosing the best possible fares. After we selected the flight options and paid the full amount displayed, we received a notification that flight fares have increased- and the difference was significant.
When I checked the same flight option from another popular portal (cleartrip.com), they were offering same old fares. I managed to book the flight using cleartrip.com and requested refund from EaseMyTrip.com
1. They use unscruplous means to dupe customers- first by displaying attractive fares- and then when the customer makes the payment, EMT increases the fares- to make customers much more for the ticket.
2. They simply DO NOT refund money inspite of multiple calls/emails. This causes sheer harassment. In my case, I got the money back NOT before 40 days inspite of the promised 3-4 business days.
IATA should cancel the agent license for Ease My Trip. Please spread the word as much as possible. Was this information helpful? |
Ease My Trip — Poor customer care
I have approched Ease my trip for an issue related to air ticket booking i have made through their website.They did not listen to what i was trying to convince them.
Very poor reaction to a cusomer.
