[Resolved]  Godrej — Not getting support from Godrej customer support Hyderabad

Refrigerator Cooling Problem within one and half year & Godrej Does not support to Customer even if warranty period !

Complaint : P[protected] : Urgent service help require.

Hi,

I am irritate for following up with customer care & and godrej Lullar
nagar branch office ([protected]) and with service provider
supervisor shri enterprises([protected] Prashant). & manager Nitin cell
no. out of service [protected]

I had purchased my refrigerator on 07.06.2011 from vijay sales & my
refri.compressor is in warranty period of 5 years even if godrej
applied service charges 375Rs. & gas filling cost 1530 Rs which is
very high as compaired to market cost (gas refilled outside only 900
Rs.), I beleived on godrej product and buy but now my refrigerator
compressor stop working & no cooling. I have followup for technician,
and finding out quotation. shri enterprises supervisor told me costing
1755 Rs including relay replacement & same technician came from shri
enterprises told me 1905 Rs & which is differ. & supervisor told me
relay also need to be replaced unnecessary even if only my compressor
faulty.

In short i don't know my compressor is in warranty period but still
service charge + extra cost like gas refilling for compressor. & I
beleive on godrej & purchased the product but no good service hence I
will never buy godrej hence forth.

I had word with all & finally no permanent solution, please help in this.

Hey guys.. This isn't about any product complaint..
But I just wanted to tell about one of the Godrej HIT (cockroach killer) advertisement.. It's just soo disgusting.. watching cockroaches come out of the dustbin and toilets.. When am having lunch and watching TV, this advertisemnt suddenly pops up and ruins my appetite!
I'm like "really.. I can't even eat peacefully anymore! My appetite is lost!!"
soo.. Incase anyone from the Godrej consumer support forum sees this, it's my humble request to take down that advertisement and replace it with a better advertisment where cockroaches don't come out of toilets and dustbins.

I purchased before 6 month a Godrej washing machin 8.5 ltr. but 2 time repaired on behafe company base.
but now recently washing motor stop.
