Godrej — not responding to give complaint

Sir,
I have purchased Godrej GWF650FDHP Washing Machine ( Top Load ) on[protected].
Damaged piece ( Back cover in cracked condition ) delivered to me. And there is an abnormal sound
during Rinse and Spin . Also I purchased Trolley stand for the Washing Machine from Godrej.
There is also a crack in stand. Regarding this I have given email to the Customer Care of Godrej on [protected] . There is no response from Godrej customer care till date. Kindly do needful.

There was cooling problem in my fridge. The complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. [protected])on 2 -April -2010 and the complaint no 457747 . In spite of several phone calls nobody has turn up to rectify the fault .GODREJ MAKES FALSE PROMISES TO SEND THERE TECHNICIAN WITHIN 24 HOURS. WHICH DOESNT HAPPENED . Since then I am waiting for the Godrej technician to come. and today is 6-April-2010 .Then why you want to sell ur product if you dont have proper network service .NOR UR PRODUCT IS DURABLE OR UR SERVICE .IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PROPER SERVICE NETWORK THEN WHY YOU SALE REFRIDGERATOR I THINK I WILL BE BETTER TO STOP MANUFACTURING UR PRODUCTS . WHAT ALL UR TECHNICIANS ARE SLEEPING ???????????????
NOW IN SUMMER FRIDGE IS ONE OF IMPORTENT THING BUT U GODREJ PEOPLE ...
I DONT KNOW WHY YOU HAVE OPENED THAT CALL CENTER WHEN U DONT RESPOND.
FOR EVERY 6 MONTH UR GODREJ NEED A SERVICE .VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Godrej — refrigerators making a lot of noise

sir i had purchased a refrigerator whose model no. is --GDE 23 B1/2009.
when open the refrigerator it makes a lot of noise.

Godrej — DAMAGED/COOLING EFFECT

I have purchased one refrigerator GODREJ – GFE25BZ-230 Lit from the shop – GREAT EASTERN APPLIENCES , 2 GT ROAD UTTARAPA , HOOGHLY , PIN -712258, PH.NO :[protected] , FAX NO.[protected]as mentioned phone no body lifting).
Payment made on 21/4/2010 Delivered on 24/04/10 ( Though written 23/04/2010) at this address Ankita Apartment , Flat No. 304, alabibitala, Makhla , 712245 in packed condition .
Your service personnel installed on 25/04/10 and it is observed that refrigerator is old and 2nd hand in the doors hit mark is there and it is not getting cooled ( in the shop complain lodged on 26/04/10)we need your help for early replacement of the unit urgently as a co . M/s Godreg is successful is quality and service and earned the faith customer. The time has come to prove as example one in my case.
I am having school going children and being very difficult to go no. of times to the shop I am not getting in shop no. over phone , mob. No. also not available please help as I am suffering a lot in this summer, your help is very much required.
Hope so you will understand the situation and realize the difficulty please help us as soon as possible for the replacement of new one with better performance.

I am a very old customer of godrej. But I am unhappy to say that there is no proper after the purchase of the product. There are no good mechanics to repair washing machines in Srikakulam's godrej shop.(Shop Name:-Southern Agencies, G.T Road, Srikakulam).

I request all the people to not to buy any products of Godrej as it has a very poor customer support.

Godrej — Cheater

I bought Godrej Split A.C on 23.04.2010 and its not working from 07.05.2010, Godrej customer care response was outside temperature was high so A.C will not give cooling. I under stood that if you purchase Godrej A.C you have to use them on Winter not for Summer, by that you can get cooking. That's why i am saying Godjrej is a cheater.

I have been a regular customer for godrej's products..But no more.because of the poor service from their end..we are really disgusted.We bought a Godrej Penatcool 5 years back, Godrej washing machine 4 months back...and Godrej split A/C a month before...A/C has stopped working 3 weeks after buying...the problem was cooling failed...After fixing it through the shop from where A/C was bought...now agin the issue is it gets tripped when compressor starts running...when asking for fixing it godrej side is asking from charges...although A/C is in warranty period they ask for charges...and they justify it saying since A/C WAS NOT INSTALLED BY GODREJ people(it was done by the retailer)...is that customer's mistake to not get installed from them?...it must be their mistake for not making people aware of the fact...that they have install it for availing the free service...how could they demand money during warranty period...?

i am rakesh from lko... my machine created problem sum time back. when d engineer came, he forced us to do amc mentioning dat our machine will need repair soon. on 24/1/10 we did amc of 2 years paying 3088 rs.. since dat day no1 has ever turned 2 our house, d machine is leaking water n makes an abnormal sound. godrej jus knws hw 2 make money thru amcs.. n provides no customer service.
it is highly disgusting

Godrej — noisy compressor

During normal working of the Refrigerator compressor makes unbearable noise.(pentacool V5 195T Sr.No. 51002z74560) Date of purchase;24 March 2010. Godrej — Chair not repaired

I bought a chair from Godrej which never worked upto my expectations. When i found that the hydraulic mechanism of the chair is not working , i requested for a repair. After 1 and a half month the part was replaced and i found that the chairs height is not adjusted properly.

If i sit on the chair in the minimum height configuration , i am still not able to touch my feet on the floor. I am not a short guy (5'8") and hence this should not be the case.

I hope somebody brings it to the notice of a bad company which is known by the name Godrej.

i bought a refrigertor in march, 2008 which ceased to cool in april, 2010 they charged me 1700 rupees for gas refilling & etc.again i faced the same problem in june, 2010 again the charged 500 rupees, now again it is not workingg since 5th july.their customer care is useless as they don't even provide correct phone no.time & again they charge visit cahrge for the same problem. godrej is fast losing its credentials among his trusted customers.i think to buy any godrej product is sheer absurdity in today's multi option high variety market which i have committed.please be alert in future.balram meena

after going thru various complaint against godrej products, the reason is that regular trained employees have opted VRS. now work has been given to un trained service contractors who have no knowledge of work. now they r working on time paqss theory.technical service team in only for show only contactors r there.i advice to consumer to be alear before buying godrej products.

THERE IS NO DOUBT THE SERVICE OF GODREJ &BOYCE IS VERY POOR, especially to refrigerators, washing machine, air conditioners, and also to their service in furniture, cash chest. they r interested in turnovers and profits. its very risky to buy godrej products. as there is no trained technicians who can undertake the work. now cycle repair type of mechanics r left to serve the godrej.who r on casual bases. manoj jee

TO BUY GODREJ PRODUCTS ITS MEANS UR BUYING WORRIES BUY PAYING HEFTY AMOUNT OF HARD EARNED MONEY. SO WE SHOULD CAREFUL WHEN WE BUY.

I want to complaint regarding the Hair dye colour. recently i bought a godreg dark brown colour for my hair from wanowrie Pune but when i applied the dye it turned out to be black-- I am really upset and need to compalin to godrej for compensation.
