[Resolved]  Indane Gas — delay in delivery

i am indane user since 10 years. now -a-days it takes very long time for delivery of cylinder. we belong to tiruppur,tamil nadu. this problem is being faced by all the people in our locality. the gas agency near our locality have been closed few days back and since then this problem persists. kindly take some corrective actions.

I am a customer of indane with customer no 39345 and have been registed with op gas agency nirmav vihar delhi (telephone No[protected] and[protected] . i am trying to book the gas since friday[protected]. but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy / they agree to book the gas but after taking all the details the delivey is not being made.

I Got my Gas Connection Transfered from Bangalore to Mysore and Got Booked at Lotus Gas Agency Metagally. But Still now i;ve not recieved the connection.The authorities have taken Rs.1400 from me and gave me a reciept of Rs.750. They are just giveing excuses that they do not have stock. Anybody who is listening please help.

I booked for refilling of LPG Cylinder on 25.01.2008 at 1260 number and booking no given is 10. My gas no is 20141 but till date it has not been delivered at my place. It is been requested to the higher authorities to take the appropariate action as I am having only one cylinder and facing lot of problem. I shall be very thankful.

I booked a cylinder on 8th APR 2008 from Golden Gas Indane, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Its been one month and I still haven't got delivery of the same after repeatedly calling them.
This is very very poor service.

Our Indane Gas Distributer is Siddharta Enterprises. I have booked the gas on 7th Aug and they told that you will receive within 10 days..but as of now it is more than 15 days and we have not received the cylinder. When i contacted them they say that there is no proper supply from the company itself. Second problem with them is that the phone and always engaged. Usually they keep the phone aside.

Indane Gas — Delay in delivering the gas

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of Indane Gas (customer of Doon Gas Service Indane Distributers, 52 Chakrata Road Dehradun). My cust. no. is 38096.

I booked gas on 08082008 and the captioned distributer told me that the gas would be delivered within 10 days from booking. After completion of 10 days, on Monday, 18082008, I went to the agency and the person of the agency said me that it would be delivered tommorrow. I waited on Tuesday, 19082008, but it would'nt be delivered.

I, again, went to the agency on Wed., 20082008 and they said that it would be delivered today. It would'nt be delivered on that day. Then I again went on 21082008 and the same thing was happened.

Today i.e. 22082008, I went again to get the gas delivered to me directly from the godown. The person of the agency said " This is your planning." What planning I have made. Can you tell me. Could you tell me the customer getting disturbed from the agency could be able to make planning.

I request you to get the proper response to me. I am looking forward to you.

Respected Sir,
I regret to inform you that the service of the Indane is becoming poorer day by day. I had booked a cylinder on 04/09/2008 and then again on the 13/09/2008 from Industrial Distributors of 155B, Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata - 29 but till date we have not received the cylinder yet.
I have called them 2-3 times but they every time telling that the gas will be delivered today itself.
This is for your kind information please.

Yes the same issue is with me as well. I have booked on 23rd Sept 2008. First time they said it will be delivered within 10 days. And after 10 days when I called they are saing it will be delivered today, tomorrow.. like this. I am continuing to call them till now also and getting the same response. We the domestic user of Jamui, Bihar is not getting proper service from the dealer. Although we can see that one/two trucks of gas cylinders are arriving every day but we are getting the cylinder after a time period of 40 to 45 after booking the gas, where as the gas cylinders are easily available from the black marketers in a very high price nearly double of the gov. rate.

please take necessary action against the dealer and try to provide a new dealership in the township.

I am a customer of Indane Gas Agency. My consumer No. is 29048. I am residing at No.20A, Sri Ganesh Vista, Veera Sivaji Street, Putlur. My nearest Indane Gas Agency is Jeyal Gas, Tiruvallure. Their telephone nos. are 27665969, 27660462, 27661589 & 27662229. I had booked for cylinder on 1.10.08. My W/L no. is 494. It is nearly a month since I am to receive the cylinder. Whenever I ring up to the above numbers, they are always engaged. I was given to understand that the cylinders are getting misused while delivering the cylinders to the customers. Otherwise why should it take nearly a month to supply the cylinder. I request that necessary action may be taken to supply the cylinder at the earliest and the above delay may be looked into.

I m doing compliant against P.P GAS AGENGY, BIHAR SHARIF NALANDA, . Here gas vendors take refill minimum amount Rs 360/ -375.with coupon.if anyone donot give this amt, they will not give filled gas.

I am a customer of indane gas with dealer in Faizabad(U.P.) M/s Madhupur Gas Service.This dealer has a worst service i think . From the last six months they had taken a period of 15-25 days for supply of gas.My connection no. is MI 5483.

On January, the gas agency near our locality told me (Aladdin[protected] that Gas will be delivery after 9/10 days for delay of transport.and On 12th february, the Gas agency told me same comments. kindly take some corrective actions.
