I am a consumer in Viyyur, Thrissur district of Kerala State.I would like to know to whom I should lodge a complaint in Thrissur against the INDANE DISTRIBUTOR ( SANTHOSH GAS AGENCY, VIYYUR) for the inordinate delay in delivering the refilled cylinder?
Also the rules regarding booking and delivery of refilled cylinders may be described.

I booked a cylinder on 11th APR 2008 from BARRACKPORE Gas Indane, barrackpore. It has been 15days and I still haven't got delivery of the same after repeatedly calling them. i don't know what happening there still nobody is their to llof after them nor any one is taking action behalf of them why they harassing to the customer. After getting this mail i hope u people will take immidiate action regarding late delevery.

I am Singmar Corera & my customer No. is 31716 .I have booked for supply of refilled cylinder with our dealer Rajesh Gas Agency at Roja Nagar, Madhavaramr, Chennai 600 060 on 16.04.09. Still we are not getting the cylinder. The dealer is accepting the order after 21 days and promissed to deliver on 11 day. Between 2 deliveries they supposed to take 32 days. After these 32 days the cylinders are not delivered by them properly. This will create a great suffocation in our day to day life. Thus it takes almost 40 days to get a single cylinder. We don't have any alternate other than indane. The distributer simply said "Tomorrow we will send" for a week.Please instruct your distributer to deliver it in time to avoid great suffocation.

My consumer no. is 124765 with "SRIMAYI GAS AGENCY" CODE:125486 Ramagundam A.P.Every time Gas agency people are supplying after repeated remainders & on average thay are taking 60 days to supply the gas.Where as if you want immediatly, they are giving in black & charging rs 500/- per cylinder.When we protest they say we can complain anywhere we want.These corroupt people have created menance in this area.I never suffered with my earlier connection of H.P Gas.Please look it this matter urgently.Last time i booked my gas on 21/03/09 & till today i haven't received my cylinder.

Indane Gas — Delay of delivery of gas
I have recently got connection with indane gas agency (Sree indane gas agency, Lanka, Varanasi (UP) but I found they are very lazy in deliverying of gas in time. Some time it is bitter experiences. When I phone to him they always say repeating sentence i am sending today but at evening they say o anyway i will send it tomarrow.It creates very pathetic situation to us. I wastage my time to wait them for gas.Whether there is any remedy of this or not. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I feel much disheartened to be in a mesh of the present day work culture. I do not know what to do Please advise.
My problem is that I am a customer of Indane Gas Service (Cust. No. AN/9156) Asansol, the Distributor is ANNAPURA GAS SERVICE, ASANSOL-713304. I placed my request on 18-05-09. As reported by ANNAPURNA OFFICE that the Cylinder would have been delivered by the 28th of May 2009. After 28th we are enquiring about the possible date of Delivery. First few days we were informed that it “It will be delivered by tomorrow”. But TOMORROW did not come yet.
I tried to put my complain to DURGAPUR OFFICE (Tel. No. [protected]) on June1, at 5-05 P.M. and again at least four times between 10-10 A. M. to 10-45 A.M. on 2nd. Unfortunately, on June 1 it was too late and probably on 2nd June I have been too early. I am puzzled where to put my complain against the authority who is the authority of receiving complaints.
I contacted then ANNAPURNA again on 2nd June, at first they told that your name has been noted down and it will be delivered on the 3rd. When I asked for confirmation (as I they have given false promises earlier) I was informed that the delivery is subject to availability of Gas Cylinders.
Moreover when I learnt about the expiry dates of Cylinders I find that I have a cylinder whose expiry date is B-04 that is its longevity has expired after June 2004.
Could you please help me in this regard? Can you assure me of no revenge activity from the suppliers after this complain? If not, it may be treated as cancelled as I wish to pass on the last couple of years of my life with the prevailing work culture in India, especially, in West Bengal.

booked refill vide booking no.16961 dated 24-8-09 at 11:20am. but yet to receive the delievery.dealer sharma gas company, uttam nagar and area officer mr.Rohit Narayan, mob. no-[protected] are not attending the call. consumer no. is 31879 Number is 42019. In the Name of Mr.Sundaram, says that will deliver on 1st of sep. Today is 4th till date not yet received, while asking over phone. Triloks Gas Agency in Adyar.They Said Cooly will reach you tommorrow.

I am a consumer of Indanegas and my consumer No. 40966 - K.Padmanabhan. I am staying at Chittoor in Ernakulam district and M/s.Surya Gas AGencies, Pachalam, Ernakulam is our Agency for Indianegas. Though I had made the booking on 5.9.2009 till today I have not received the refilled cylinder. Though it is an utopian task to get Surya Gas agency on line, on my continued efforts some how I could manage to get them on line, but I was informed that since almost all the customers of Chittoor area had already shifted to Chittoorappan Gas Agency, Edayakunnam , they have no service at Chittor and the delivery to my area will be only once in two weeks. This was ot intimated to me when the booking was made and nor I was advised to shift the connection early. They also asked me to come and take delivery from their godwn if at all need the gas urgently. They says that it is not economical for them to deliver the gas to me only and they are reluctant to adhere to my plea for a quick delivery. They even asked me to surrender the gass and shift to elsewhere if I cannot wait for their convenience to deliver the gas. You will appreciate the fact this kind of approach from an Agency of reputed company of IOCL (Indane Gas) repute will be of much embarassing to consumers like me who is solely depend upon gas for cooking and also to the organisation itself.
I therefore request your goodself to take up the matter seriously and help me in this regard.

maa durga Indane gas service — poor service
My registration number RG-3777There authorised dealer Maa Durga Indane gas service phone no is always busy, if in case it gets connected they never pick up the phone. Also there is always delay in delivery of cylinder.They are so careless that he dose't know how to give service. I have no gas from last one week please help me to overcome this problem.

My name is sivakumar.My consumer no is B-10227.the name of gas distributorisOMKARAM INDANE SERVICE kalloor junction Oachira-690526.Kollam,Kerala the distributor is making unnecessary delay in delevering gas more than 60 days even after booking.most times they were not attending the phone.if they attened the phone their behaviour is very rude without considering the consumer intertest.if we told them that we would complaint to the respective authority they will ask us to go and complaint to the higher authority.if you are an urgent customer you go and get a new connection from other gas companies ,this is their usual comment.but we are not ready to quit INDANE because of its reputation.hope you may consider my complaint in an urgent manner and take appropriate remedy as early as possible.thanking you

I am a customer of Indane gas ageny name called"Pooja Gas Agency, Thrikkakara, Kochi, Kerala".
My customer No: 26373. I got two cylinders. I booked gas on 18th Jan 2009. Till today i.e on 7-3-2009 i havnt got proper reply from the agency when the gas will be delivered. I have been getting reply saying that "there is no supply". Having got the agency from one of the largest suppliers of cooking gas, i find no reason for not getting the supply for more than two months other than misuse. There are many customers who have been humiliated by this kind of situation. I kindly request you to take neccessary action to rectify the problem and regularise the gas supply which is public interest
