[Resolved]  Indane Gas — delay in delivery

I am a customer of CHITTOORAPPAN INDANE SERVICES and my consumer No is 13157.I have booked a cylinder through online booking and my booking No is 117dated 30.09.2010.So far I have not received the full cylinder.we have not getting any response from the indane gas distributer.I have Two cylinders both are empty I am facing a lot of problems.kindly take necessary arrangements to get me the cylinders.

my name is madan mohan narnolia and i am cutomer of indane gas, my consumer no is - 1900
i have booked gas with your dealer pahan gas agency at jamtara on 09/11/2010 but i have not got the delevery of same same till date. pahan gas agency doing this everytime. they never delever the gas on time. we are suffring from this problem.

I am Teena kishan das and my consumer number is 7847 .. I have booked my gas 23/11/2010 (tomo gas service ) and i have remined and booked my gas 2/12/2010 by phone..but till we have not recieved the gas cylinder..agency details are given below ...

he delay each time and dont pick up the phone for booking ,,,,

I am Dharam Singh, Indane Gas consumer, having consumer number 05455. I had booked a cylinder on 25th January 2010 through Tomogas Service. But we have not received the Gas Cylinder till date. Therefore, I have checked the status of the Refill Status which is as under:

I have heartiest request to you that please take necessary action against above stated agency and solved my problem as soon as possible.

Every month JBR Indane gas agency delaying in delivery of cylinder. They are taking 10 - 20 days to delivery cylinder and we have to book the cylinder delivery date only not the billing date. They are supplying the cylinders to Mess and hotel and other division for double rate. This month I have booked the gas today 28/2/11 and they said it will reach in 15days time. They will deliver it on 15/3/11 and for the next time I have to book cylinder on 15/4/11 only. Please inform the correct procedures to the Gas agencies and publish the procedures and complaints in News papers monthly basis so that all the poor will aware of the correct procedures.

DELAY in NEW CONNECTION (Indian Gas)
I live in Shardapally, Durgapur, Burdwan district, West Bengal. I have contacted to Indian gas supplier (Akash Gas agency) for new connection. After giving them all the document on 6th july 2011 and receiving their letter (address proof), they did not give the new connection. i am regularly contacting them over telephone as well as personally, but without giving any reason, they refused to give new connection. their behavior is also not good. The agency now converted into new site for gundas.. They just do not know any rule and regulation. please do something.

I booked gas cylinder on 29.7.11 with my agency M/s Krishane Gas Agency,Alappuzha,but the refiled cylinder not yet received . I repeatedly approach the said agency 5.9.11 onwards and told the fact that our two cylinders are emptied and in this onam festival we are in a great difficulty. The agency staffs not allow me to register a complaint and avoid me saying next day we will distribute the cylinder,last day on 7.9.11 they said that your bill is taken,therefore certainly will distribute this day or next day,but no cylinder distributed . Late distribution of refilled cylinder to my house is a continuing matter. sir i m ur cotumer for more than 15 years my cons. no 19105 i booked online gas cylinder on 12/09/2011 but till date i have not recieved any cylinder .my gas agency name is santosh enterprises ,H block, vikas puri,new delhi .i m not getting any response from my agency also. so pls solve the above and deliver a gas cylinder immediatly

Maruthi Indane Distributor — delay for supplying cylinder and harasing

I booked my refill on 24.09.2011.but till date i.e. 19.10.2011, refill is not delivered.i.e. after lapse of 26 days and not received any message, The same condition is running since last two months. When I enquired , the staff/manager did"nt reply properly. Moreover, they directed me to change the Agency .

Please direct the Maruti Agency to deliver the gas refill immediately as my both refill are empty. Please help me and your co-operation is requested please.

My Connection No. 35292, I have booked my gas at telephone No. [protected] on 22/02/2012 we have not received the Gas Cylinder.so I Check my Status on booking at morning she say my new booking no: 06/03/2012 booking no 9619011 Please check out this Problem It shows how they deal with the consumers.

I have booked my gas cylinder on 2nd May 2012 the supply of which is still awaited. secondly, whenever in the past the cylinder had been supplied, the behaviour of delivery man had been very poor and disrespecful.

i am very old customer of indane gas berhampore, west bengal. my connection number is 16753. but fortunately i did not get my delivered gas in time.By service i want ti go far town.I am bored hearing from my delivery is not listed in his delivery van whenever my delivery times comes. this situation is continuously going on last 7-8 years. as a result i compelled go to booking office then i get my delivered gas.i go to my office by bus on 09-00 am and returns from office at 05-00pm. however i compelled availed one day leave and my cooking problem is running contiously.
booking no of Berhampore(wb) is[protected] always P.E.T or nor reply( You may try it) as result office going is compulsory. i have no helping hand so i compelled to go office one day leve.

will you help me my prolem as i get my delivered gas properly.
