Indane Gas — Cylinder not supplied by agency

My LPG consumer no. 14896 agency shri radhagovind gas service delhi-31.
As per iternet phone booking service my refile booking date 27 may-11 while I was not booked the same.
Also I have not recieved the refil cylinder till date.

I have booked gas (on line Reg.No:207652 on 21/05/2011) My consumer No:31944 and my distributor is VIR Gas Agency, West Mambalam, Chennai 600 033. But still cylinder has not come. Poor services.. customer care service also worst not answering properly and shut the call while talking.. its useless.. Vir Gas Agency is not replying properly.

But it was not delivered.I booked cylinder in 1 st week of June 2011 .Not received ,so I reached to gas agency on 14/6/11 and i was given a duplicate slip and clerk assured me that it will be delivered up to 11.am on15/06/11.I contacted delivery boy of area on 15/6/11 , he told me gas cylinders were not given by the agency....Than why delivery slip was given which mentions...

I have booked a cyllinder with neelkanth gas service, C-1/12 vashishth park opp. janak puri New Delhi on 14.06.2011. My consumer number is 18394. In spite of many phone calls till date, the same is not delivered to me. It is not the first time that this problem has occured. Each and every time this Agency provides Gas Cylender after 8-10 days from booking date. You are requested to streamline the working process of this Agency so that consumer like me have not to suffer due to their negligency. You are also requested to take action against the Agency for late delivery of the Gas.

Sona gas agency — Late delivery of LPG cylinders.

I am from malsalami Patna city Bihar.I have a LPG cylinders connection from Sonam gas agency. i have booked the cylinder on[protected] . my booking no is 205715 But they don't deliver cylinders on that day .Some times they take one and two month.Every time when i book a cylinder i have to go there twice or thrice to get a cylinder.Their vendor says give me extra money or else he will not deliver cylinder on time.when in complaint about them to the agency they said get it in written.They are not ready to listen to me.i am fed up of all this. Please look into the matter.Its not only my problem their are many other customers having the same problem.

I have booked for cylinder on 17.6.2011 after completion of 21 days of delivery. 18th days have been passed but cylinder is not being delivered to my home. He assured me that they will send cylinder within week time. Till date we have not received cylinder. Again after receiving cylinder as per Agency he will book again for cylinder after 21 days of delivery. I am getting cylinder after 40 days. How I am managing I know it. This is my humble request to please instruct TAPESHWARI GAS AGENCY for timely delivery. He is not picking phone of customer. Please urgenty see it.

I being a cenior citizen having single cylinder bokked for fresh supply on 28.06.2011, but the same has not delivered to me till dateI. I am in trouble, solicite your action.

Indane Gas — NOT SUPPLYING CYLINDER AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS

I booked my gas ( surjit fuel depot r.k puram sector 10 new delhi my consumer no .is 28631 )for home delivery on 25.07.2011 (booking number 9960), but till date (10..09.2011). Although, they have started delivering gas booked during the month of august 2011 yet my gas booked in the month of july 2011 have not been delivered to me till date.
I have visited the agency number of times but no satisfactory reply is received from the employees of the agency. They told that the gas slip has been given to the vendor but vendor did not deliver the gas. I and am tired of complaining to this agency but so far no action have been taken. It has come to my notice that the gas is delivered to the persons as they (agency owner) wish. If no solution is provided in regard to my complaint then i have to go to the consumer court.i register my complaint in agency many time but nobody listening me carefully .sir please take a neccessary action against the agency .when i call to agency they put my phone on hold it is a big problem and they not telling booking number also i hope you take a neccessary action the same .

These people are really engaged into illegal trading of gas cylinders. They privately sell the cylinders meant for the registered customers in the open market at higher rates. Hence the registered customers suffer as they donot get timely deliveries. I also have similar troubles with these people.They didnot record my request for refill even after several calls. When complained about the same they just hang up the phone. I seriously request the concerned authorities to look into th matter.

I am a consumer with Blue flame gas services Koperkharine, Navi-Mumbai. (Consumer no K 3598) The dealer had a office at Sanpada from where we were being supplied . The booking and supply has been pity bad from years and have been tolleritaing since years. Now the dealer from some tiome has closed down his office in Sanpada and is operating from koperkharine which is 10 km from Sanpada.

Now I am not satisfied from the service of the dealer and also like to know certain things.
1) Under RTI act I would like to know the no of cylinder supplied in my name ?
2) Would also like to know If their is any dealer or agency in Sanpada, navi-Mumbai?
3) The formality to transfer from this agency to another?

Sir, My Consumer No.25211, This is regarding abnormal delay in supply of Indane LPG cylinder. I have booked through online vide No.278695 dt.29.08.2011. The last supply made on 06.08.2011 vide online No.262546 dt.01.08.2011. I have approached twice over phone the distributors M/s.Ragavendra Gas Agencies, Avadi, Chennai -54, however by passing 43-rd day on date no supply has been made. Every time I have to nock the doors of distributor for supply of the LPG cyl. Now I am in the condition to go street to get a cylinder from my neighbour. The attitude of the above distributor every time create mental agony. I expect my grievance should be fulfilled immediately.

I am a consumer of Indane gas with registration No. 21086 registered with M/s Babar Pur Gas Service, Kabir Nagar, 100 Ft. Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. I got my cylinder booked through IVR on 24th september, 2011. My booking Reference No. is 4151597. The dealer has not yet delivered the cylinder at my residence. This dealer behaves in a highly irresponsible way and is engaged in supplying cylinder with less gas and also suppllies the cylinder in black market.

I shall be grateful to direct the dealer to behave properly so that consumers are not put to inconvenience.
