Indane Gas — Cylinder not supplied

CONSUMER NO-15961 INDANE BURARI DELHI. NO CYLINDER WAS SUPPLIED EVEN AFTER TWO MONTHS. WHEN COMPLAINED TO THE AGENCY PREVIOUS BOOKING WAS CANCELLED AND THREAFTER BOOKED AFRESH. STILL NO CYLINDER IS SUPPLIED EVEN AFTER EXPIRY OF MORE THAN TEN DAYS. PREVIOUS BOOKING WAS THROUGH MOBILE AND DELIVERY BOY CONTACTED FOR SUPPLY BUT HE GAVE NO RESPONSE AFTER THREE DAYS. WHEN COMPLAINT TO THE OFFICER IT WAS ANSWERED NOTHING AND GAVE NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

My consumer no is 993 and the dealer is JN Gas in Bangalore. The dealer says that they donot get supply from INDANE in time and hence refill is delayed. They manage to send messages of delivered without actually supplying refill. Who will check this malpractice?

I am a customer of indane gas.my distributor M/s gangachal indane gas agency shivpuri and my consumer no-is G-0708 is not supplying gas regularly. i have booked for refil on 07/10/2013 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. plese sir do something for me.

My consumer no. is 07325 and booking reference no.363652 of 17.10.2014 has not yet been supplied by the distributor namely M/S DEVI GAS AGENCY, KANKE ROAD RANCHI-834008.

Through this i want to inform the highrt authority of indane lpg gas that due to ur distributers people lost the faith on u that they will get the cylinder on time or not.

I m from chennai, my lpg cumer no. Is cx 22040072 is from m/s prathana gas agency, no.37, rajivegandhi street, mooverasapet, madipakkam, chennai - 600 091. Contack nos are[protected], 22242083 n 22242678.
Amoung these three nos first 02 nos r out of order n temperately out of order.

I was booked my cylinder on 27 of nov 2015 booking no is 275666. I got massage for generation of cash memo no.[protected] on 10 dec 2015 but till today is 26 dec 2015 the cylinder is not delivered. Whenever i go to the agency for asking about cylinder the learned reply "today we will give u", today suerly gareented u will gwt it" one more thing this is not only my problem most of the persons attached with this agency are completing the samr

Against this i put a complent to ioc help line no [protected] on 15 dec complent no is 2456095 again i remind the same on 21 dec, 24 dec they give me the area maneger no[protected] & 24339246this nos are not connecting even after 100 tries.

Now, my question is there any body in such a big lpg componey who can tell where the cylinders r going even after the trucks r unloading in the agency godoun.

cylinder not received from last 2 Months.

We have booked cylinder on 2nd March but not received till today. In between we have called the agency three times and asked for the same but every time they assured us to deliver cylinder with in next 2-3 days. Pls help.

Cheating In filling
