I BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 13 TH NOV..BUT NOT DELIVER ...

AND THEY CANNOT PICK THE PHONE...I REALLY URGENT...

Last month,ON 25-11-10 I had booked a cyllinder with SUNDARAM GAS COMPANY,INDORE-452009 .My consumer number is 31567. Till date, the same is not delivered to me.All this is going on from last 3 months.The service is very bad and they are not serious about our issues. Now i am searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all SUNDARAM gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.Please get my complaint solved immediately.

Dear Sir,
I had booked a cyllinder on 4th december with Jyothi Gas agencies, sheshadripuram, bangalore. My consumer number is 32116. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I called to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me and telling that cyllinder booked on 7th december so wait for few more day's.
when ever we want book the cyllinder agencies telephone's are alway's buzy, if we want to book the cylinder in uregent its alway's impossible & if we repeetedly trying hours together then only we can get the lines.I request you to please look into the issue.

LPG Gas — not supplying gas booked on 12.10.10

We had booked LPG gas cylinder on 12.10.10 on MUZAFFARNAGAR GAS SERVICE.Connection number is--27271 in name of Mr.ATUL TYAGI.Despite repeated reminders to them nobody either listens nor do they supply gas.Whereas the vendors are openly selling cylender in Rs.700--800 in the market.Kindly look into the matter .

I have taken LPG connection from INDANE Gas distributer M/s Banaras Gas Services, A-10, DDA Market, Mata Sundri Road, New Delhi-2, Ph.[protected],[protected]. This connection is old. my connection No.5816, my name VED PRAKASH, 4059 NAYA BAZAR DELHI-6

I have booked my gas for refile on 06.12.10 from booking dial no.1260 booking no.16, but I have not received my gas cylinder 13.12.10, I have contact gas agency on 14.12.10 but due to non availability of gas I have not refilled my gas cylinder, Further I have approached on17.12.10 but same situation and I have not get the cylinder till 23.12.10.. Please help because I am facing too much problem my

I introduce myself, that i am one of the residence in the medavakkam, chennai 100. I am having domestic gas connection vide my consumer no.41941 with your agent M/s Rose Agency, Vanuvampet, chennai from the year1999.

Further we like to inform you that the above agency is not at all giving any interest to supply the fresh cylinder an also they are neglecting our request while the time of booking. Eventhough they are having lot of vehicles the agency will n ot deliver the cylinders to my house. Moreover they are telling to arrange carrier vehicle by our side to collect the cylinders. But this is not possible. The same problem attend my area of medavakkam people.

Now i request you to to advice the above mentioned agency to delivered the gas cylinders to our door steps against our request as are when we book for fresh cylinders immediatly as desired by the IOCL terms and conditions. Kindly oblige.

I Am LPG consumer . I had booked a cylinder on dated 11/1/2011, my consumer no R12049 WITH M/S BUNDELKHAND GAS AGENCY sipri bazar jhansi (U.P.) Here it is a rule that, from the booking date after 1 week complaint to the agency to remind the supply the cylinder than after 1-2 days you received the cylinder. So i can call to on dated 19/01/2011 on agency number to write down my complaint but they refuse to write it .Please help me to supply the cylinder on time .

Indane Gas — Not timely supply of Cylinder

Dont know whether this compalint would reach the concern authorities or not, Im the customer of Indane Gas Aency Bindu Shati at Safilguda .Consumer No. 81112. When ever we book the cyliner we dont get it on time. And the reason the Agency gives is Door closed when my mom is home maker.

This agency is famous for selling the sylinder in black and they would chargr aroun Rs. 600 per cylinder. Are the authorities listening

I am a consumer with M/s Sukhdav Vihar Gas Servises, New Delhi. The delivery system of M/s Sukhdav Vihar Gas Servises is very worsen.

We can’t book gas cylinder on phone. Always we go to their office and book the gas cylinder because their phone no.[protected] & 26936694 is vary busy and the main problem is the delivery boy is never carry weighing machine and are reluctant to weigh the cylinder.

[protected] in the name of Padma Ram Add J-2/14 Phase I Budh Vihar Delhi -86 I booked gas cylinder with ivrs no. 62 dt, 11.01.2011 and complaint no. 66614 dt. 19.01.11 but not cylinder received and also booked gas cylinder vide no. 33 dt. 24.01.11 but not yet the gas cylinder still now so sir you are requested to please see the matter and my gas cylinder deliver immedaitely . this is very urgent and i will be greatful to you and again to again request to you pl deliver the cylinder.

Indane Gas — Rifle Not Supplied After 15 Days

I have a Gas connection no-11227 with M/S Hathras Gas Agency,Hathras (U.P.). On 18th January'2011 booked a Gas Riffile on telephone after passing 24 days of last cylinder supplied by agency. Agency not supplied riffile after 1 week , I make a complaint against this Agency on your compant toll-free no. (Feedback No-69815 dated 27.01.2011). But till today (31.01.2011) no supply provide by Agency.
I request you to please look in the matter and do the needful and oblige.

Name and Place: Smt Shirinbai Taherali Jariwala, Age 88 Yrs[protected], H No 208, Opp. Guli No 4, Kutbimoholla, Kalupur, Ahmedabad 380001.

The above named lady lives all alone. She has five children settled in this city, all of them are eager to accommodate her. But she wants to stay alone in a small two storied house. Through out the day she keeps herself busy doing mainly washing and cleaning the complete house. She even forgets to get timely food, timely prayers and she is always late in attending functions.

Problems: She generally fails to prepare food, She can't go to market for purchase of essential items like vegetables, milk, sugar, tea leaves etc. Her children helps her but she doesn't such services in their interest. Therefore they are always worried about her. She knows pretty well that her husband who also stayed with her died seven months before due to hemorrhage because of fall at night in the house.

Gas Problem: Gas connection is registered at Puskar Indane, Jai Shankar Sundari Hall, Raikhad her use of Gas has reduced so much that it lasts for over 8(eight) months. As per rule her gas connection have been declared dead as it is over six months. Honestly she does not want to sell gas illegally to maintain booking within six months.

She does not hire maid servant nor does she generally allow any of family members to help her

What can be done under such circumstances.

I had booked gas cylinder (consumer no.: 8849) with M/s Golden Gas operating in PVK, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on 21st Jan., 2011. I was told that the cylinder would arrive within 12 days. But till today, 20 days have passed and we have not received the gas cylinder. According to the attendants at M/s Golden Gas it wil lstill take 3 more days for delivery. I, as harrassed customer wish to register my complaint in this regard and urge you to instruct M/s Golden Gas to immediately deliver the cylinder at my address.

This is Sajjan Khan one of your retail customer of Indane Gas, First of all i would like to clarify that as i could not find a complaint tab on the website so i decided to disturb you and also thought that my grievance would be addressed soon.

Sir One of your Distributor "Indane Bindki Gas Services" which is located in the district of Fatehpur Uttar Pradesh, whose owner is Mr. Mudit Mishra.
He has been troubling the retail customers by not giving them the gas supply on time and by hoarding the Stock and later selling the stock at premium price.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and please do the need full.
