Dear sir,
My consumer no. P-9009 with M/S Pioneer Gas distributor & double cylinder at Uttarpara, Doltala Ghat, Dist-Hooghly. I have booked for vacated cylinder on 12.01.2011 ( as per rules of above named gas agency booked vacated cylinder after 5 days of previous received ) but still refill not supplied on date i.e.14/2/2011.
So at present 1 cilinder is lying vacant & 1 cylinder which was using consumed today. Now I am using Kerosene stove.
So kindly help me with Re-fill cylinder immediately.

Gas cylender booked
cylinder booked on[protected] but supply not given even after repeated request till date.Every time when I called to Mithala Gas Agency, Shop no.4&5, A--73A, Sector-19, Noida-201301 they said we just send you after some time but not get the cylender till date.My Consumer No. is E010541.

I am in Anna Nagar, Chennai-101. I have received a refilled LPG cylinder on 06 Jan 2011 then I booked for refilled cylinder on 31 Jan 2011, till date (16/02/2011) I have not received any cylinder. Hence I would like to know what is the minimum slot for getting the refilled clinders. In the above said case already 45 days over, my two cylinders are exhausted and also I am not eligible for kerosene from ration shop because I am having two cylinder gas connection. Please guide me for further course action.

I have booked cylinder on 7th Feb' 2011 against customer No. 21468 but cyliner not delivered till date. In this regard again i remind on 15th Feb' 2011 but again not delivered till date.

please check the matter and instruct to concern dealing hand to supply immediately.

Dear Sir,

I had transferd a gas connection on 06/02/2011 in the name of Sanjay Kumar, Consumer No 25602 from M/s Kasna Gas Services, Gr. Noida to M/s Om Gas Service, Kher, Aligarh (U.P.). But M/s Om Gas Services not yet received the transfer paper since 6th February 2011 hence I have not received Gas cylinder from M/s Om Gas Servces, Kher, Aligarh.


I regularly follow up with M/s Om Gas Services, Kher Aligarh (M No [protected]) but they excuse many reasons.

Please register my complent as why they not accepted our transfer paper and due to this reason I have purchase the from out side market with high cost & suffer.

I had booked a cylinder from first week of February 2011with M/S SAINI INDEN GAS AGENCY Enterprises, AYODHYA BY PASS, BHOPAL, Madhya Pradesh My Registration number is [protected] Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff blamed to post office and postmaster said they do not have any letter kind of this subject. I suffered with my family I request you please do the needful.

Indane Gas — cylinder not supplied for the last two months

I am submitting this complaint before you for your kind consideration and immediate intiation.
In my area Saroj gas agency Pathanamthitta is the distributer. I have not been supplied cylinder since December 26, 2010. While enquired lame excuses like " it must have happened due to overlook" was given. When i approached the agency direct for taking the cylinder they told me that it will not be issued direct from the office. It can be noted that i was supplied only 6 cylinders in a year right from 2007 onwards. Everytime two months delay is occurerred for the supply of gas at my residence. The difficulty and problems i face due to non supply of gas is great. Immediate action may please be taken in this regard. My consumer number is 1725.

I have booked my cyllinder on 22-Feb-11, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Saheed Bhagat Singh, Sahadara, Delhi-11032 My consumer number is 32656. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

I have another cyllinder and consumer no. is 12892 I booked on 03-Feb-11 I want to complaint again for this cylinder and they are saying please wait for this complaint.

Its already 30 days over and they are not taking complaint for my gas connection.

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/s Nandi Gas Distributor, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi. My consumer number is 21656. I booked gas on 11.02.11 with the booking no. 5928 but the cylinder has not yet delivered to me till date. When I went to the agency 'n' no. of times to enquire about it, every time they told that it will take time as there is huse waiting list. Finaly on Wednesday (02.03.11), they told me that today it would be deliver but nothing has happened. Today (05.03.11) they are saying that there is no pendency of booking on 11.02.11. On telephone they are not ready to lissen customers properly. they are always in hurry to put the phone. I request you to please look into the issue as its a gerular problem.

I am a consumer with M/s Tapasvi Gas Agency, Surendranagar, Gujarat-363001. The delivery system of M/s Tapasvi Gas Agency is very worsen.

thay people book cylinder after 22 days & delivery after 15 days.
total days = 22 + 15 = 37.
it's very much time. we can't manage in 37 days system.

I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure home delivery within specified period from the date of booking the cylinder and the sequence of the booking is maintained.
