I am a customer of your company and my consumer No is 7666. I have booked a gas on 24.1.09 at Kanchan Gas, Nagda Dist.-Ujjain (M.P.) But till now I have not received the same inspite of many phone calls.Sir I have also one cylinder and for this I am facing a lot of problems.It has also become the habit of Lipi Gas to supply gas after more than 10-15 days. Every month i am facing the same problems, inspite of contacting Sr area manager at belgum.

Therefore I kindly request you to take proper & strict action so that we will not face any problem further.

Indane Gas — Indane Gas Agency VK incooperative.

I have been trying to book the Gas Cylinder for last 2 months but the agency in Vasant Kunj is either closed or if they open the shop that is only according to their own convenience, they are not even recieving phone calls regarding this..either the phone is kept engaged or is left unattended.
It is located at such an inconvenient place that it is very difficult for senior citizens to reach there.

I AGREE WITH THE STATEMENT GIVEN THAT INDIAN OIL DISTRIBUTORS ARE NOT RESPONDING TO TELEPHONE CALLS AS WELL THE PERSONAL VISITS AT THEIR AGENCY IS NOT YEILDING AND RESULTS. NOW A DAY THEY ARE TAKING MORE THAN 10 DAYS TIMES. MOST OF THE TIME THEIR TELE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING. SHIFTING/THEFT OF GAS FROM CYCLINDERS ARE THE COMMON COMPLAINTS. AGENCY PEOPLE ARE HAVE NO DECENCY IN TAKING. REFER DAGGAR GAS, ROHINI[protected], DELHI. THE ONLINE BOOKING www.ioclebiz.com site is not responding at all. MTNL TELE BOOKING AT NO 1260 IS ALSO NOT RESPONDING OR DONOT SEND THE BOOKING TO THE DEALERS. DEALERS ALSO TAKE EXCUESE OF HAVING LINE OUT OF ORDER. I APPEAL OF THE CONCERNED MINISTRY/AUTHORITIES TO KINDLY ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AND EXTEND HELP TO THE HARRESSED CONSUMERS. REFER CONSUMER NO 1573

Can any step be taken to stop black marketing of gas cylinder so that we get the delivery on time.

Indane LPG Gas — CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

On 6th March, I had booked a cyllinder with Panchvati Gas Agency, Dehgam, Dist : Ganhinagar, Gujarat. My consumer number is 5854. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it on 14/03/09, but due to non availability of gas I have not refilled my gas cylinder. Please help because I am facing too much problem. We r Statying in Rural areas ( At : Lihoda, Tal : Dehgam, Dist : Gandhinagar, Gujarat) and they come for delivery once in a week and not regular time. we also paid for a cylinder 335.00 every time on delivery. Please Help.

Indane gas (Domestic gas ) — Additional cylinder not supplied

I am saravanakumar residing at 16/219, sivashanmugam street, indira nagar, muthuchettipalayam.(po), Avinashi-641654.I have been using Indane domestic cylinder since 2005 and i applied for additional cylinder on 18/02/2009 at my supplier agency M/S.J.V.Indane gas service, 81C, Mayura complex, North car street, Avinashi-117633, Tiruppur.(dt).during that time remark has SL69A Waitlist No.740.I am ask to aggency when will provide additional cylinder? They simpley replied delivery conformation should be informed by post so you must wait.Every refill i lost some amount o[censored]nusage gas so i request you kindly take necessary action to provide additional cylinder as soon as possible.

I have a LPG con no p 16757 dtd[protected] from Poonam gas agency, gole ka mandir, Gwalior. At present they called me for issue of DBC for which I was running from last three years. But they say that I have to take fire extinguisher cylinder costing Rs 1200/- along with second cylinder. The total ammont of Rs above2800/ is to be paid for taking this second cylinder. Therefore I want to know that this fire extinguisher cylinder is optional or compulsory. Your correct information will help me and others also .

Dear Sir,

I have a transferrable Gas connection. My Connection was being transferred from Cuttack Orissa to Kolkata. But i havent been allowed to book for connection because they claim, I have insufficient document.

They ask me the only document i can provide is the agreement papers of my rented Flat.

Are there no other documents through which a person recently shifted to a place can apply for Gas Connection.

I am not being informed about that also.

The Gas Agency is located at :- BD Market in salt Lake Area, Kolkata.

How would a person apply for a Gas Connection.

I am working in an MNC, but they are not accepting my employer's letter, saying that it is a private company.

Please guide me.

I have booked refill on 24th April, Saturday . They have promised me to deliver on Monday i.e. 27th April but sorry to inform you that till now it is not supplied. When I telephoned again on to-day at 9.15 A.M. they are telling already we have supplied the refill. I do not know to whom they have suppiled. Again I am trying to contact them over telephone from 1 P.M. no one is lifting the telephone.
Please look into the matter and try to provide the refill as early as possible.

The Kalpana gas agency of Indane gas at kukatpally houseing board - Hyderabad is not not supplying cylender to my house, which is very nearer to the godown. I am a customer of Indane with Customer No. 31957 and have been registered with Ravi Gas Agency, Kakadeo, Kanpur. Since last 5 – 6 months, this Agency is harassing me a lot and not provide the Gas.

I have booked the Gas on 13th March 2009 but inspite of my regular / repeated requests, delivery is not made to my address upto 18th of April 2009. I have contacted them daily to get the cylinder, but every time same answer received “ cylinder will deliver tomorrow “. At last they have cancelled my booking as per their own wish. However, I have no other option left, but to book the gas again and got delivery from their delivery point.

Similarly I have booked Gas on 26th of May 2009, but same is not delivered till 15th June 2009. I have approached number of times to the Agency either on phone or personally and every time they are having same answer “will deliver tomorrow”. On 15th June 2009 also, instead of Gas I got the same answer “will deliver tomorrow”. On 12th June I have given a compliant letter to this Agency, but they have not accepted it.

May I request to the I.O.C Officials to intervene on this matter and arrange immediately delivery of Gas, since Ravi Agency is not ready to provide the gas.

Indane Gas — Forcefully suppleid fire extingusher

Dear Sir,

With the connection, a fire extingusher is provided and amount was aded to billing, However, I dont require the facility and it is supplied rather forcrfully to me.

I request you take it bake and repay amount of Fire Extingusher ( Rs. 1600) as soon as possible.
