Cylinder booked on dated 10.11.2009 but yet not delivered, Whenever I reminde the agency (Parul Gas Agency, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-84) they told me that your cylinder will be booked on 02.12.2009, but I have not received the earlier booked cylinder.My consumer No.22411

We have consumer no 11208 with Ela gas agency, Noida. The agency was closed 40-50 days back and our connection was transferred to Kasana gas agency. We are booking our gas with them for more than 35 days. Everytime they say your gas is booked and when gas is not delivered for more than 7 days we ask them and they say your gas was not booked. This has happened to us 4 times. This time they say your connection has been transferred to Agnihotri gas agency. Today when I went TO Agnihotri gas agency, they say your connection will reach us next monday. All the gas agencies seem to be making fool o[censored]s. As a result of that we are not delivered any cylinder for more than 40 days now and we are facing great problems.Please look ito it.

wants to cooperate with its client. Every month i had to reach their
office for booking.

Indane Gas Cylinder — not getting cylinder and book

dear sir ,
i am prateek waluskar very new person in vizag working with an organization hindustan zinc ltd. vizag .
i took connection of indane gas from an agent ( DILIP ) of indian oil corporation ltd. he took required money for gas connection from us and gave Gas cylinder with Regulator, And he told us that he will hand over the book in few days, but because of busy schedule we forgot to take our connection book, now we are in need of gas cylinder as last one is over now,we already informed him and 10 days already passed out but no sign of gas cylinder , we checked the same physically in agency that it has been book on my name, yet no one came here to deliver the gas cylinder. also when we ask about our connection book he refuses and says he already has given us.
my id according to the connection is 12028. please consider this as we are facing loads of problems because of this.

Ambey Indane Gas Service — delaying in delivery of gas cylinder

Dear Sir, The Ambey Indane Gas agency people are not delivering cooking cylinder for the last 8 days, the cylinder was booked on 17.12.09 and the agency people had committed that it would be delivered on or before 21.12.09, and still we have not received it. we have requested humbly several times despite of this Ambey Indane says that we will deliver soon, but giving any exact date of delivery. also they say that we do not give any kind of deliver committment.
kindly look into the matter, and do the needful at the earliest.

I have been facing the same problem of getting my cooking gas cylinder on time. This is with Maruthi Indane supplier. This time we booked it on 10th December 2009. Till date we have not got the cylinder. Everything they say today. That today never comes. I do not have a good neighbour to borrow cylinder also. I do not know whether the delivery guys supply to some tea shops and deliverying late to us.. When I want to escalate it to the higher authorities, they are reluctant to give the line even and people are so rude in the office as if they are doing a favour to us and we are beggers of gas cylinders.. Poor people.

Indane Gas — No supply of refill cylinder even after many request

My consumer no. is 27805(Single cylinder connection). I have booked Indane Gas refill cylinder on 24/12/2009 over the phone and was given booking no 16969 by the Anusha Gas Agency. They promised to supply in a week. It is past two weeks and inspite of many reminders too the agency has not taken any step to supply the cylinder. Speaking to the manger of the agency too did not help. this is not the first time i'm experiencing this problem. Lost of mental pressure and disturbance are being caused because of the lousy behavior of the agency. Can anyone let me know how do i get my refill cylinder. The worst service i've ever experienced is from Anusha Gas Agency.
