[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — bad service

this is with regards to my vehical number MH31CR4995 which HAS send at an service station in nagpur called maruti automotive UNDER THE GUIDENSE OF MR KULKARNI who is an incharge of that station.this is the first time i have send my vehical for servicing at that station and from the day i have received my car from servicing my batery is not under operationand after making complaint from atleast 10 times or rather more than that no is taking care of my battery. my car is standing at my residence without the battery for more than an week and i have received any replaceable battery nor an new battery which is under warranty period. as an costomer am felling great hard ship and incovinenece so its an humble request that an proper course of action should be taken against the servise station regarding such an horrible service in respect of my car . am sengind this complaint so that i should be given proper response in regards to my complaint.

please take this matter very seriously

I WAS SHOCKED AND MY FAMILY SUFFERED LOT. LATER MARUTI PEOPLE ATTENDED THAT PROBLEM IT WAS SOLVED AND THEY CHAREGED FOR BREAK DOWN SERVICE, THEY ATTEDED SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS IN COVERAGE AREA.

This is Dr.Amol Nagarkar.I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R VXi BS IV model.The Silencer was making a noise from the very first day.The people in the workshop confirmed it as a MANUFACTURING DEFECT after 2 days of research.They replaced the silencor with a new one but in vain, the noise continued.The second silencor was also FAULTY.They have now ordered a new silencor, spring bolts and an Over ring. All the parts except the overring have reached Thane.

Sir, i Shashikant Bhadale with very good expectations with maruti group had purchased an Swift VDI model for better performance in my daily routine however i have been fooled by my dealer ( Sai Service kondhwa ) in pune (Maharashtra) who has given me a model which is being giving me bad exhaustion throughout leading to bad reputation of the company and me as well !!!
I Have already given my car 3 times for servicing at your authorised service station but they have treated me as am no body and no customer should be treated in such manner but i still persisted with the brand and stuck to the same dealer but the treatment which i got was not worth resulting in me to SALE my car at LOSS to somebody apart from Maruti group resulting in loss of company reputation and my word which could have given the organisation a living in my community which owns 9 maruti cars but your dealer does not care so what am i suppose to do ???

My car # is Mh-12-Fu-1317 & chasis # is MA3FKEB1S00501587 which has been maltreated by your people at your own authorised station resulting in me to visit the same and being catered with the services which were not expected by an organisation as renowned as such MARUTI GROUP but then my car consumes more diesel then any other car it vibrates more than most of the cars of same models and it exhausts heavily with loads of CO2 resulting in no PUC and also in return results in heavy consumption of gas / fuel and Oil all these things have already being mentioned in the service work order which was given at all the last 3 services given at the above mentioned authorised service station of yours who told me that the OIL level would never be blank hoverer the level was always blank and the mechanics told that its a problem from company's end resulting in me to write to the company before going to the consumer forum or the press since even me i do not have much time to spend on stupid dealers selected by a reputed company as such MARUTI GROUP please help me with my problem or i might opt for complete exchange of my CAR for no excuse if the case is not resolved within giving stipulated time of warranty which has been promised by the GROUP !!!

I regret to say but this is cheating with a genuine customer who comes at your showroom and invest his valuable money based on your reputation my complaints in my new car is as under:-

1) Dent on opposite side of driver
2) Less average
3) Teflon coating is not done properly.
4) Central locking is not working properly.
5) Front glass is blind and have scratches on it.
6) Head light is very dim.
7) Sun film not fitted properly.
8) Ist servicing not done properly.

No work is done like a reputed firm by your employes and no of times regarding all these matters i've contacted to Mr.Amol (Maruti Dealer - RUkmani Motors, Indore (MP)) but there is no response given to me by him also when I've discussed thse matters with Miss Priti Mehandidatta she force me to put a mail and challenged me to do as I can and.same words used by Mr. Nilesh Somani. These employees have also threatened to me and my family members to be ready to face anything wrong if we go againt Rukmani Motors, Indore.


Please do need full in this matter and put help to a customer who is in need and proove Maruti Suzuki is the no one brand name in customer help and after sales services in India and for services till the satisfaction.

I have owned a maruti wagon-r lxi car.It was purchased one year ago.To day ie.26/01/2011 while driving the car, all of a sudden i noticed some plastic burning smell and suddenly the car headlights got off, and saw some smoke from front portion of the car.when banot was opened i noticed that the wiring caught fire.later it was some how managed to put the fire off.now i need the proper reason why such things are happening and now after surfing to internet i got to know that its not the 1st time taking place in wagan-r.plz i've to know the reason for, why such a bad thing is happening coz its a very serious matter.

Intially the service center - Bangalore Sagar Automobiles(Basavanagudi) used to crossverify the status and used to rectify if there are any issues.Now a days they are not bothered to receive the call nor responding to the customers properly.

I had purchased all new Wagon R Lxi -Chassis No.156706 in the month of Sept.2010 from your dealer M/s Navnit Motors, Thane, Maharashtra (MH04 EH 9812).

The same car have breakdown in heavy traffic during my travel in Thane on 5Feb 2011.
After towing the car to the dealers service centre they are saying the problem of breaking the axle due to wrong/loose bolting arrangement.

The Vechile is still at Dealers premises.

This is a jolt to us since we have purchased Maruti Vechile with the expectation of reliability and prompt service.We are very sorry to say that we are not getting any of the same.

The situation of new car breakdown has disturbed us mentally as well as Maruti as Brand Name is at stake.

We expect that Maruti should immediatelly replace with same new vechile.

Dear Sir, i gave my Swift Vdi AP 36 AE 6606, for paid service to Adarsha Cars, Warangal (Maruti Cars authorised Dealer and Service Centre).They gave a job slip stating delivery time as 5:30pm and i got delivery at 19:08:50.. i waited there for near about 2 Hrs. and i observed that they gave good discount (reducing the bill near about Rs.300 to Rs.400) to some customers and when i requested for reduction of Rs.119/- they denied.. really i hurted with the treatment to me when compare to other customers who got good treatment... and they charged paid charge of Rs.675 and again they charged Rs.200/ as labour charge for fitting of Break pads...

I am really not satisfied with the Management of the Service Centre... then where should i go???

If you dont take proper action against them, they think that they can to any thing they want... pl.find the attachment of the bill and job slip and empty instant feedback form... i was not satisfied thats why i didnt filled up the Feed back form...

Maruti Udyog LTD - Alto Car — Renewal policy not received after 45 days

I purchased this Alto car from Ahmedabad Dealer M/S. Kataria Automobiles Ltd. The Insurance policy renewal was due on 12/01/2011. I was approached by Dealer for Renual of Policy more than before a month. Three such calls were received. On 23/12/2010 one Mr. Bhavesh an executive of the Dealer has taken a renewal Cheque from me . He issued receipt No.51065 Dt.23/12/2010. The amount of cheque is also debited from my Bank Account. Till today I have not received an Insurance Policy or even a Cover Note.
Before two days I tried to contect Dealer on its various Telephone Numbers.[protected],22174305, 30212345,[protected]. Nobody attended any of the Phones. Nobdy was picking up the receiver. I therefore contected on Mobile No.[protected] and I could connect. To my great surprise, my phone was attended by four persons one after another. After hearing whole story of my complaint phone was given to another person by saing me "Just a Minute" as many as 4 persons attended and I got arteply that Mr. Bhavesh is not available now sao you contect again towmorrow.
I am waiting for my Insurance Policy since last 45 days. The Dealer was very much anxious to take the renewal Premium cheque but after cheque was enchased the Dealer has failed to respond to my complaint.
It is necessary to state that Cheque was taken in the name of ICICI LUMBARD Gen. Ins. Co Ltd.
The Dealer has kept sao many telephones but they are of no use. There is no Customer Executive who can properly respond to a customer.
This is negligence and deficeancy in Service.
Maruti Udyog Ltd must take corrective steps to improve service by this Dealer.

Yesterday I went to VIPUL MOTOR for 3rd service of my call ALTO LXI (Reg. No. HR51 AH 0228), At the time of 1ST and 2ND Service my car was not serviced properly.( previous history is mentioned below) The is communicated to supervisor Mr. P R Das. Yesterday . When I reach VIPUL MOTOR in the evening for pickup my car. Supervisor (Mr. P R Das) told me that I have checked personally car is ok. I told to the person is it ok he replied yes sir.

My car was not wash properly dust was there in the door, on the back speaker and on dashboard that was also shown to the Supervisor and his senior Mr. Kiran Veer.

I am feeling cheated by VIPUL MOTOR and MARUTI.

Please anyone help me.

This is regarding the poor service of MARUTI SERVICE provided to the customereven the customer has approached to the higher authorities of MARUTI Service.

I TARUN KUMAR owing a maruti ALTO Lxi(reg. no. HR51-AH-0228),from Vipul motors on 12.03.2010. from last 5 months getting a pathetic response from MARUTI.

I already shooted a complaint mail regarding the service in month of April at the time of first service of my car. After many followups i received the service from dealer end.

Now, on 29th July i have contacted the dealer for the problem of my car. there is some gear shifting prob & fuel sensor is not working properly.I was told to visit between

2 to 4 p.m, At the time of visit (at 4 p.m.) they refused to provide me the service & i have met with MR. PANDEY the DGM of SERVICE at M/S VIPUL MOTORS Plant -1.

They checked my car & resolved the problem of gear shifting but regarding the another problem of fuel sensor i was told by MR. PANDEY that it will take 4 to 5 days to

arrange the part. they have noted my contack details and ensure that they will provide the best service by arrainging the part., Till 09-AUG-2010 i have not received any call

From service center end.

I have called again MR. PANDEY DGM (service), he promised methat the required part will available by tomorrow the 10-AUG-2010 but till nowthere is no response received.

I was shocked when this type of poor response received from DGM SERVICE. I think that they people are waste their precious time & destroying the Image of MARUTI.



IN FIVE MONTHS TWO COMPLAINTSI AM AFRAIED WHAT WILL THEY DO AFTER WARRANTY EXPIER.

Please give a clear picture of MARUTI Service to me . As i dont want to repair/replaced any part.





I WANT TO REPLACE MY CAR ELSE I WILL GO TO THE RESPECTED CONSUMER COURT OR MEDIA

Dear Sir,

It’s painful to bring to your kind notice the bad experience I had while dealing with one of your authorized distributor M/s Kataria Automobiles Limited, Piplod Branch, Surat and thereafter the customer care executive while lodging the complaint of this incident.

I had booked the Maruti Dzire (VDI) GJ 5CM - 8277 through this distributor and as per advise of the distributor, I got the insurance policy of Bajaj Allianz. At that time, it was not informed to me that under this policy, I will not get the benefit of cashless scheme at the time of any claim.

Recently, when I sent the car to workshop and asked for cashless scheme, then only I came to know that under this scheme I am not entitled to get the cashless scheme. Now, I was informed that there is another policy of Maruti – Bajaj Allianz under which cashless scheme is available.

Since, I had booked the car through your authorized distributor, while selling the insurance products to the customer, they should first tell me about the tie-up of Maruti with Bajaj Allianz for insurance and only upon specific request of the customer, they should sell the insurance products of other companies. Even at that time also, they should educate the customer about various benefits of the insurance policy.

When I called the customer care executive to lodge a complaint of this incident, he heard the entire incident but tactically hide the misdealing of the authorized distributor while registering the complaint. In the complaint number[protected] of 10th February 2011, he simply registered that the customer is not getting cashless scheme, whereas he was supposed to register otherwise. I have to re-register the complaint and the complaint number is [protected] of 11th February 2011. Due to this, I have to face great difficulty.

Since, your authorized distributor represent the brand of your company at the time of dealings with the customer, they should strictly adhere to the code of ethics.

In this matter I tried to contact your Head Office located at New Delhi, but they referred me to your Regional office located at Ahemdabad. Upon contacting the Regional Office, they further provided me the contact details of your Brach Office at Surat. I had contacted your office located at Surat, but nobody either at Head Office or Regional Office or Branch office has responded properly.

I hope that appropriate action will be taken in the matter against all the persons/ parties responsible.
