Maruti Suzuki — delay in delivering

booked swift dezire zdi on 29.04.2010 at durga automotives, anantapur, andhrapradesh with one lakh as deposit.complained to company (complaint no.[protected] no action upto now
Through this mail, an ardent and absolute Maruti Fan who has now become an ex-fan is sharing a particular grievance with you which has been completely unfair to me.
This is a particular incident that happened to me last week i.e. on the 17th of March, 2011 when I noticed that the pedal of the accelerator was detached from its floor base. It was noticed and conveyed to me by my car cleaner, followed by which I immediately took my Maruti Swift Dzire VXI DL7CH 4670 to the Maruti Sales & Service Centre at Naraina, New Delhi.
The service engineer there, at first suggested that it maybe one screw that has come off, which after checking was not the case. He then came to the conclusion that the accelerator pedal which is supposed to be welded to its base had detached and required welding again. I handed over my car and confirmed with the engineer the time it would take. According to the engineer, Mr. Sarkar, it was not more than a 10 minute job.
At the time of collecting my car back, I was presented with the bill reading Rs. 1100. (For your reference, Bill No.-JC10080168 Cust.ID [protected] Dated:17.01.2011 ) This took me by surprise as it’s too much for a ten minute job. This raises two big questions in my mind:
1. Is the level of Quality Control that Maruti promises, coming down? This is something that I’ve never heard of... The accelerator gets detached off its base is something that cannot happen as a result o[censored]sage or negligence. It just showcases a fault in the making.

2. Secondly, I do not understand that why something which requires some flashes of welding to be fixed and is a ten-minute job according to your own engineer can cost that big an amount. After all this is the company’s fault not mine as a customer.

Being a complete Maruti loyal customer, I have never even thought of considering any other companies as an alternate option. Right from my first car in 1989 to a total of 8 change-overs in my cars over all these years, I’ve stuck to Maruti. I have always found the after sale services very worthy and trustful. But it seems to me that with the growing number of customers, Maruti is now not bothered and considerate about its existing and loyal customers. I have absolutely no regrets in saying that you have today, lost one of your customers that is me and if this continues to be the same, I’m sure there are many more customers that you shall lose out on.
I find this completely unfair and rude. This is nothing but harassing customers. I would like to have a logical explanation and compensation for this. I will be awaiting your reply and a suitable action taken in this regard and the same to be communicated to me at the earliest.
Thanks in anticipation,

Vimal Rai Arora
Dear Sir,

I Mr.Mani Shanker Car no.WB-06D-1889. Owner of A-Star. My current car taken from your showroom. And I had purchased my previous car Alto from your showroom only & exchanged it from you itself, because we have faith in your after sale services, as we have experienced it also. But now I have a complain for your staffs misbehavior to me when I asked for the second free servicing matters, which I have not received so far, after purchasing my second car from your showroom. And your staff insisting for third service without being informing me for 2nd. Service, as you informed us every time. As I recommend DEWARS GARAGE MARUTI DALHOUSIE SHOWROOM to all the people, now I am very much disappointed. I wish you will look forward to this matters, to keep your old customers faith on you.

Hello,

I have very bad word to expess my feelings abt the services rendered by Sk wheels.
Literally they have harresed me from all point of view.I would like to focus on fewpoints.
1.late delivery on delivery date.
2.Price incresed two times after booking.
2.Accessory fittings was not done properly &asked to visit next day.Reverse sensor was black colored nobody was aware abt that & askedus to come on nextday.
3.Next day took car for paining of reverse sensorand car was lying on top floor in paint shop w/o any attendant and we had to rush to paint shop and taken car away from painting activity & this was brought to your sales executive's notice.
5.During first service, I had to struggle to get vehicle within 2 days.No co-ordination between free service and paid service & it took 2 days for my first seriving experience.
6.Again I took my vehicle for problem in Reflecting mirrorbut with mis guide they fitted wrong reflector w/o teeling me and service job completed with wrong unit.
7.every time I had to wait, spends time and hassles without my mistake.

In short, I am not happy with Maruti and mainly with their hopeless and unethical and unprofessional dealer who is cheating and misguidingunluckyand unfortunate cmrs like me.

I would like to take this seriously and which is forcing me to go to legal process.
Sk weel has very bad name in service industry which is proven by them by treating cmrs like me.

I do not want justification but corrected action with my lost of time and temerament.

I feel it is a sheer unnecessay on the part of the servicing company. Since the vehicle has been off road still i am paying bank interest. therefore it is unjustice meted out to the costomer.
Sir
this is to inform your good self that the Managing Director of Peaks Auto Pvt. Ltd., Nowgam Byepass, Srinagar Kashmir has rudely behaved with us after they sold a car which was booked under my name and the bill was already issued in favour of Javeed Rasool Mughal,
since they promised me to deliver the car on 26th or 27th of April, 2011, when i enquired about the car today on 29th april, the sales staff gave some lame excuses that the car has been damaged while travelling from jammu, later it was confirmed that the car was sold to some other customer... and after confirming that they forced me to take other variant of the car which i refused as per my likings
so, i request ur good self to take strict actions againt the staff and deliver my vehicle as soon as possible

the full payment for the vehicle has been already made on[protected]

with regards
Javed Rasool Mughal

Dear Sir/Madam

I myself Syed Shahzeb From Kanpur resident of 14/144 B Ratan Esquire Appt# 303, ChunniGanj (cell no +91-[protected]). I had booked Maruti Ritz VDI (Diesel) white colour with one of your dealer named My Car Pvt Ltd. Address:84/54-C, Jarib Chowk, G T Road, Kanpur on 18th of april 2011 with booking amount of Rs:5000.00 by their one of the sales team leader Mr.Sanjay Singh with the deal that he provide me that model with metallic wheels(Alloy wheel) and other accessories at Rs:595000.00 complete on road with Insurance and registration certificate and he assured me as I pay remaining amount of the car he would provide me the said car with in that day. I asked him that I need the car on 2nd of may 2011 because I have to gift that car to my younger sister.

After 5 days I got a call from the agency that “sir please give the remaining amount so they can confirm me the delivery on the day I asked”….
On 26th of april 2011, I gave them the pay order of The Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd. Which get cleared on 28th of april 2011.
After that according to their promise of delivery on 2nd of may 2011 as I get their for my car delivery, he Mr.Sanjay Singh said that he don’t have a Maruti Ritz vdi white colour and he would not be able to deliver me the car and he also don’t know exact timing of delivery and told me that Maruti Udyog ltd.is not sending them any Ritz VDI and the sales management of agency is not helping

Please tell me what should I do, I need to gift that car to my sister on that day. why you people do the fake promises to your customers…should I take hard step for it ? this sounds that Maruti udyog ltd don’t care for their customers or your dealers.
