maruti suzuki wagon R VXI new — unusual delay in providing service
I had given my car wagnoR VXI new(regd no:OR 02 BL 3449,purchased on 31.12.2010) for repairing in the SKY Automobiles(0404)workshop,patia,bhubaneswar on 17.05.2011.On 10.06.2011 when i was going to receive the repaired car I found that one of the wheel covers was not on a wheel .I reported it to the service manager of the workshop and he told me that the wheel cover might hav been missed in the work shop during repair.He promised me to give it with in 3 days.But he did not .again on 28.06 2011 I visited the workshop for second service of the car and there I enquired about the wheel covers.The service manager removed the other three wheel covers and promised me to replace with four new covers on that day.But the covers which were given did not fit the wheels and also were not the same quality &model as inbuilt originally with the vehicle .so i left all the covers at the workshop and waited for the new covers.the service manager is always promising me to supply but till today (4.7.2011).In spite of several visits to the workshop and after so many remindings over phone did not make any difference .Again the highmount stop light ws fitted during the repair but they did not replace the covers on the bolts ,In spite of several remindings they do not pay any heed to it.Iam suffering alot due to unnecessary expenditure,visiting the work shop again and again(50 km distance from my residence) with out my fault
So it is my humble request to kindly look in to the matter and take action as soon as possible

So many times I told to the service people to clear the locking problem of the door. Still the Complait presist. I am fed up with this service people. Where shall i complaint? Maruti Suzuki — mileage problem
Dear SirI bought a Swift Dzire ZDi in the month of Jan'2011 fron NE UP Motors, Lucknow . As assured, the car
has a mileage of about 22 km/pl . But even after first three services & 10,000 km , my car goes
about 14.5 km per litre . My Business is very much dependent on my vehicle due to the rising prices of fuel, its almost impossible for me to cope up.

I am sorry to say this information about the dealer and the vehicle. I had taken OMNI LPG for taxi purpose on 26.07.11 the vehicle had the problem with in 84 km (while running itself got stop) on 27.07.11 afternoon at 2pm.And then i had complained to the showroom they had referred to MOS, they given to me the answer they will reach at me with in an hour. But they can’t attended my complained, given me the suggestion to check the fuse box any fuse has glown.He told me change the fuse and come to my service center( AMBAL), The vehicle didn’t get start on LPG so I had changed to petrol and reach the service center at 3.30pm on 27.07.11.The service engineer came to attended my complained at 4.30pm and they checked the vehicle. and given me a oral report that AMS unit has got damaged. I asked them about the service report but they have not given nothing. After that they had asking me to drive me the vehicle using petrol. They told that if you pay 20000rs I will change that (AMS) unit. I didn’t know about that unit its maximum life is only 84 km?

Maruti Suzuki — Customer Harrasment from the date of purchase till now
I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki Wagan R on 11 July 2008 from swani motors feroze gandhi market Ludhiana from their True Value Shoppe for 2.5b lakhs for a scond hand car. From then onwards our tales of harrasment started. We thought of getting LPG Kit installed in it. We thought of going for SKN Brand but later was decided to get it done from maruti service centre. So again we contacted Swani Motors dealing person Mr. Sunil and Mr. Manmohan. The kit of SKN Which we enquired for Rs. 9500/- they charged us for the same kit of Rs. 19000/-. We were duped of Rs. 10000/-.Then we shifted to Gulzar Motors for further services located at Dholewal, Ludhiana. I got a cashless isurance done from them. Last time also when we got a denting and painting job done, It crated a problem in the fuel injectors as the water used for washing went inside them which we got cleaned and again was charged for them. Now also i got an call from Gulzar Motors for the denting and painting of the car. They picked the car from my premises on 28/07/2011 and promised me to return it on 1/08/2011 and offerd me for free wheel alingment. When i gave them a call on the promised delivery date they told me that it will be delivered on 2nd of august .i.e. the next day of the promised delivery date. On the next day also it was the same excuse that the car is under painting and offered me saturday. On saturday when i visited them the work was totally still pending and they said that the petrol tank is empty and the battery is totally discharged. I again provided them with the money for the petrol. They said that the work will be done till 08/08/11. I gave them a call on 08/08/11 they said its under washing and will be available after 4:00PM. Then i went yesterday to pick my car in morning to which they asked me to wait in the visiter's Lounge for sometime and car will be provided after some compound work. After waiting for two hours i went to look for my service advisor Mr. Lalit and when i saw the car i was totally shocked. One of the front tyre was punctured, Battery was completely Dead, The rear door behind the driver seat was not attached and the part which was to be repaired was wrapped with newspaper. I asked them the reason for the pendency to which they were speechless. They again provided me with a new time till evening. In evening also when i went there the work was still incomplete and they again asked me for the money for petrol. I have to stay there for three hours to get my work done but still incomplete. Due to delay the battery of my car was totally dead and it was unable to start. I myself carried the puctured wheel outside to get the work done.
AND THE MAIN PROBLEM NOW IS THAT THE CAR'S PERFOMANCE IS WEAK. THE CAR ASKS FOR MORE ACCELERATOR. IT'S MILAGE HAS BEEN REDUCED. THE CAR MISSES THE PICKUP IN BETWEEN.
Humbley Requested to take some action against them so that nobody else gets harrased

It pains me to inform you that your Apra service center sector 14, gurgaon is the worst service station that i have ever been. I and my family have been strong Marutians we bought our first car Maruti 800 in 1987-88 and since than we have bought the 800 new versions, alto, Zen, 800 mpfi, swift and baleno. Never in our 22 years we have faced such lethargy and unprofessionalism from any of your service centers.
Please give me a few minutes to explain to you my horrifying story:
I met with an accident near Mordabad on 23rd May'11 I was in my baleno HR26AF9720 and by God's grace saved by a whisker. On 24th we got the car moved to your Apra service center at sector 14 Gurgaon and than my ordeal started. First there were issues of insurance which was resolved than I gave a go ahead on1st June and than the promises started they said I will get my car in 15 days, than it became 30 than 45 and finally after investing 65 days and investing 2.40 lacs i got my car. When I was told to pick my car my shock cant be explained the car was not cleaned properly, the front tyres were wobling, the dents were visible, the stereo not working, the AC ineffective the door locks not working, the tyre caps missing, the mud flaps missing, the car engine not smooth etc. Finally they asked for 1 more day and I came back on Sunday July'11. Next day when I reached they had done a superficial clean up and after test drive when i said the problems are still there they said you need to change tyres to take care of the wobling, luckily my stapny and the back tyres were good shape (though the front were also fine) after changing them during test drive the wobling continued specially when it reached 60 kms/hr, despite my reluctance they made me take the car. I dont know now what to do and I want the senior most head of service at the center to be involved as I have lost faith in everybody in this team from the GM to the workers. Please treat this as urgent.

I had given my maruti zen mo-04 HC 2877 to your authorised dealer MY CAR BHOPAL on[protected] for some heating problem and vehicle was handed over to me on dt:[protected].the heating problem was solved but new problem of oil leakage was generated after receiving the vehicle

Hi,
Its very unfortunate that I havent got any call from Maruti till date. Are you people not bothered about your products and customers. I am really suffering hard since one month but nobody is there in Maruti to help me.
After all work being done and lot of assurance from the Magic Auto, Mayapuri (dealer code 0888) I brought my car back on 11th, Oct. But unfortunately after driving for just 50Kms I saw that the engine jittering problems remains there. I was completely shaken. I took my car back to workshop yesterday 13th, Oct and spoke to DGM Mr SS Behal. He asked a service advisor to take a test drive and let him know the problem is there or not. After taking test drive the service advisor confirmed that the jittering problem is there. Mr. Behal told that the fly wheel would be replaced now. When I asked why it was not changed with the clutch system which was replace at first go? They dint have any answer to it. I was watching them while opening the engine. When they opened I saw that the whole clutch system has gone bad because the fly wheel was not changed at first go. I really doubt that they replaced clutch system as they claim becauase the parts were really looking in bad shape. I was there with them till 7.00 clock. I was the last customer who got my car. When I took the car for test drive after there work, I again saw there problem remains there. When I asked the service advisor he told me that it will be there as engine will shake this much. I was shocked with there answer as they have already charged me so much and wasted so much to time, now they say that this much of problem will remian there.
I am really sad and frustated now. I think I am being forced by dealer and Maruti to move to consumer court. My car is suffering from the same probelm for which I submitted it to workshop 25 days back, but its sad to see nobody in Maruti has time to take a look of my problem. This is really not a good customer service.
This is my request to Maruti to please look into my matter immediately. I have already lost so much of money and time.
Now I even doubt that the clutch system was really the culprit (for which they have charged me and they replace parts in hurry) behind the engine jittering as they have changed the whole clutch system but problem remains there.

Hi Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding MAGIC AUTO, Mayapuri, Delhi regarding substandard service and unprofessional behaviour.
I gave my car Swift Dzire, Lxi for service and engine jittering problem to Magic Auto Mayapuri on 16th Sep, 2011. The Service advisor told me that the engine jittering problem is becuase of the clutch system which has gone bad. They will have to replace the whole clutch system along with vehicle service. The estimate amount told to me was Rs 17000. They gave my car on 18th after clutch replacement and service. After driving my car for odd 80Kms it started to give the same engine jittering problem once again for which I informed the Magic Auto service engineer. He told me that I need to get the vehicle back to workshop for checkup.
Unfortunately on 23rd Sep, 2011 my car met with an accident. I went to Magic Auto on 24th Sep, 2011 for Insurance claim for the accidental damages and asked their manager to handle my car to service enigineer after the repaire work In that accident my dicky, rear bumper and left wheel side panel was replaced. I wanted to claim the front bumper as well which was declined by the insurance company. I tried to speak to many people in insurance for this claim but unfortunately they dint give. The strange part in this whole incident was that I dint get any support from Magic Auto. Anyway, The Magic Auto people dint do the repaire work on car even after 13 days. On 6th I really got furious with Magic Auto and asked the status of my car. They asked to come to workshop and collect the car as it was ready per them.
When I went to Magic Auto, I made payment and submitted gate out pass to take out my car. But incidently I thought to inspect my car before taking away and found that the car was completly dirty, the carpet in the dicky was not kept properly, it was folded and the best part was that the Jack was missing. When I complained about all these to the service manager Mr Alok, he asked someone to get it cleaned. After that I checked that the work done by Body shop under insurance claim repaire was not up to the mark. The new rear bumper which was replaced under insurance had a dent. I think they fitted some old bumber in place of a new one. The steel marker on the dicky above the emblem was not fitted properly. When I complained about this they tried to stick that with feviqick.
Finally after digesting all these when I decided to take out my car I saw that the electricity system was not working. The clock, meter, music system and the central locking system was not working. I got so disgusted that I went to meet the GM Mr Bhel. What all he had to say is that he has asked some one to see my car and after 15 mins he left for home. A service man tried to figure out the problem but with no sucess he tried to 30 odd mins. At this time I had no one to talk to. Finally I decided to leave my car there in the workshop itself and left workshop around 5.30.
Today I got a call from another service manager that they have opened a Job card against the electricity problem in my car and if they finds any problem I will have to pay for that. But thts strange as when i gave my car for claim everything regarding electricity was in place.
After this pathetic and painful experience I would like to ask some questions to MARUTI SUZUKI, being a patronage customer of Maruti Suzuki who hold two car of same brand the other car being Swift Vdi)
1) I am not sure whether the clutch was really bad in my car or not. But the service engineer got it replaced and the problem remains there. I had to pay around Rs 7000 for this clutch system replacement.
2) There were many other parts which were repaired under service which are not required. After asking service enginner, what all he had to say that these replacements are good for your car.
3) Does a Maruti Authorized workshop takes 15 days to repaire a work and even after that what kind of work they do, i have explained that in my mail.
4) How can Maruti Suzuki give authorization to such a workshop where managers doesnt have time to talk to customer.
5) How they can deliver someones car taking out the accessories from the car. (The jack was missing in my case)
6) If something gets damaged during there service why the customer whould pay for that.
I still have full faith in Maruti Suzuki and its cleary reflected by the fact that I have bought two cars in last three years from them. But its really painful to have these kind of people in Maruti Suzuki family. I am really feeling sad and disheartened after this incident. Its being 15 days and my car is still lying in the workshop. Nobody has time there to talk to me or to listen to my problem.
Please take an immediate and strict action against Magic Auto, Mayapuri.

I was shocked with there answer as they have already charged me so much and wasted so much to time, now they say that this much of problem will remian there.
I am really sad and frustated now. I think I am being forced by dealer and Maruti to move to consumer court. My car is suffering from the same probelm for which I submitted it to workshop 25 days back, but its sad to see nobody in Maruti has time to take a look of my problem. This is really not a good customer service.
This is my request to Maruti to please look into my matter immediately. I have already lost so much of money and time.
Now I even doubt that the clutch system was really the culprit (for which they have charged me and they replace parts in hurry) behind the engine jittering as they have changed the whole clutch system but problem remains there.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding MAGIC AUTO, Mayapuri, Delhi regarding substandard service and unprofessional behaviour.
I gave my car Swift Dzire, Lxi for service and engine jittering problem to Magic Auto Mayapuri on 16th Sep, 2011. The Service advisor told me that the engine jittering problem is becuase of the clutch system which has gone bad. They will have to replace the whole clutch system along with vehicle service. The estimate amount told to me was Rs 17000. They gave my car on 18th after clutch replacement and service. After driving my car for odd 80Kms it started to give the same engine jittering problem once again for which I informed the Magic Auto service engineer. He told me that I need to get the vehicle back to workshop for checkup.
Unfortunately on 23rd Sep, 2011 my car met with an accident. I went to Magic Auto on 24th Sep, 2011 for Insurance claim for the accidental damages and asked their manager to handle my car to service enigineer after the repaire work In that accident my dicky, rear bumper and left wheel side panel was replaced. I wanted to claim the front bumper as well which was declined by the insurance company. I tried to speak to many people in insurance for this claim but unfortunately they dint give. The strange part in this whole incident was that I dint get any support from Magic Auto. Anyway, The Magic Auto people dint do the repaire work on car even after 13 days. On 6th I really got furious with Magic Auto and asked the status of my car. They asked to come to workshop and collect the car as it was ready per them.
When I went to Magic Auto, I made payment and submitted gate out pass to take out my car. But incidently I thought to inspect my car before taking away and found that the car was completly dirty, the carpet in the dicky was not kept properly, it was folded and the best part was that the Jack was missing. When I complained about all these to the service manager Mr Alok, he asked someone to get it cleaned. After that I checked that the work done by Body shop under insurance claim repaire was not up to the mark. The new rear bumper which was replaced under insurance had a dent. I think they fitted some old bumber in place of a new one. The steel marker on the dicky above the emblem was not fitted properly. When I complained about this they tried to stick that with feviqick.
Finally after digesting all these when I decided to take out my car I saw that the electricity system was not working. The clock, meter, music system and the central locking system was not working. I got so disgusted that I went to meet the GM Mr Bhel. What all he had to say is that he has asked some one to see my car and after 15 mins he left for home. A service man tried to figure out the problem but with no sucess he tried to 30 odd mins. At this time I had no one to talk to. Finally I decided to leave my car there in the workshop itself and left workshop around 5.30.
Today I got a call from another service manager that they have opened a Job card against the electricity problem in my car and if they finds any problem I will have to pay for that. But thts strange as when i gave my car for claim everything regarding electricity was in place.
After this pathetic and painful experience I would like to ask some questions to MARUTI SUZUKI, being a patronage customer of Maruti Suzuki who hold two car of same brand the other car being Swift Vdi)
1) I am not sure whether the clutch was really bad in my car or not. But the service engineer got it replaced and the problem remains there. I had to pay around Rs 7000 for this clutch system replacement.
2) There were many other parts which were repaired under service which are not required. After asking service enginner, what all he had to say that these replacements are good for your car.
3) Does a Maruti Authorized workshop takes 15 days to repaire a work and even after that what kind of work they do, i have explained that in my mail.
4) How can Maruti Suzuki give authorization to such a workshop where managers doesnt have time to talk to customer.
5) How they can deliver someones car taking out the accessories from the car. (The jack was missing in my case)
6) If something gets damaged during there service why the customer whould pay for that.
I still have full faith in Maruti Suzuki and its cleary reflected by the fact that I have bought two cars in last three years from them. But its really painful to have these kind of people in Maruti Suzuki family. I am really feeling sad and disheartened after this incident. Its being 15 days and my car is still lying in the workshop. Nobody has time there to talk to me or to listen to my problem.
Please take an immediate and strict action against Magic Auto, Mayapuri.

Maruti Suzuki — duping in the name of original spares during repair
Respected Sir,I own a Wagon R Primea black, Registration no HR 03 G 5619, Feb 2006 model.
It met with an accident in July 2007.
Following which it had to b repaired and service executive at ROHAN MOTORS, at F-9/B1,MOHAN CO-OPERATIVE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, MATHURA ROAD, NEW DELHI-110044, suggested that the Left side front door ( Door next to driver) is beyond repair and needs to b changed.
I followed their advice and got the door changed, it costed me something around 24000/- ( insurance covered appx 22000/-of it.
In jan 2009 the paint of the door started shipping off, which i thought was due to poor maintenance and did not bother much.
By march 2009, the part of the door under the rubber started getting rusted, following which i tried calling up ROHAN MOTORS, and even consulted Dreams motors at mayapuri, new delhi.
but when my efforts did not yield i got tired and stopped following up the matter.
But 4 months back the door started showing the signs of as if it had been welded and repired after having been removed from some other vehicle. (photos of the door attached)
now the inner side of the door is also getting eaten up due to rust.
I am surely getting it repaired, but wanted to bring it to the notice of the company, the SHODDY and DISHONEST ways the authorised dealers are adopting that ruins the company image.

As i was very much found of maruti cars, so it was my dream to buy your car atlast my dream comes true, but after purchasingh the Maruti Alto LXI I was really shock when i saw my car that it is suffering from rust downside of the engine & the service it is very much poor. Maruti Suzuki — foreclosure loan no.14587318
please check my loan account number 14587318 i was told that my E.M.I. rs.7281 has been pending and i have to deposit by the month of October2011 but Due to some financial problem as my elder brother was admitted in SDMH hospital and i have to deposit Rs. 250000/-
Still i have deposit an amount of rs 4800/- so that i will not civil and i will get an offer of Rs.175000/- as a foreclose amount.
As per my loan repayment statement you know i have try my level best to deposit the amount but due to job lost and salary delayed
i was not able to deposit E.M.I. So kindly request you and issue new letter of the said amount 175000/- i am having in hand i can deposit
