Sir/Madam
I m a citizen of Shahdara. I want to draw your attention on the condition of Flyover at Seelumpur Redlight. This flyover has its starting abd ending with the holes on it; In which small four wheelers & two wheelers are very dangerous to drive because these holes are at such angles where they are not visible to a new person.
My uncle and many other persons got down on the upslide which comes while starting of the flyover on the left side.
So, its my keen request to you to have look on them, as they are very dangerous to an unknown person. This person can be your relative too.

We are residing in DDA Flats Bindapur E block,concern is about the street dogs in the area,we are requesting MCD to please look into this matter as early as possible as these street dogs harms children................

Sir, I would like to inform you regarding local problem There are so many approx 10 t0 11 street dog in rajbir colony GALI NO 3 & 4 .old kondli gharoli ext new delhi 110096.A female has more than six dogs & these dogs always bite to children & bike rider. anybody who cross this lane .dogs always follow & bite the people who cross the road on bike or by foot...we and our children are not at all safe here, we feel unsafe here because of these dangerous dogs. So request you'll to take some serious action against these matter.
Kindly make arrangements to catch the dogs as soon as possible

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Sewage Blocked

The main sewer behind the House No. A-15/31, A-15/32 A-15/33 and A-15/34 Vasant Vihar New Delhi is blocked and the sewage is overflowing into the backyard of the above mentioned houses , we have been complaining to the department's office at R.K.Puram, New Delhi for the past two days and nothing has happened till today i.e. 17th February 2011.
Please look into the matter and have the needful done at the earliest

Main Najaggarh Road in near Zakhira is in very bad condition for the last three to four months. We all were expecting for the repair work after CWG but nothing has been done so far. Officials are requested to look into this problem and ensure for an early action to repair the broken road.

We would like to bring this to your kind notice that lots and lots of stray dogs are there in our society,most of the times in a group running around the park and all around the society .

Also they sleep at stairs and do everywhere as a result the stairs are emitting foul smell.They keep barking and fighting through out day and Night which disturb peaceful environment.


Due to these dogs the residents of this locality are living in very unhygenic condition. Some residents have kept some of these dogs.we are facing lots of problems.

So we request the authority to take necessary action on it

I am a resident of E- 380, STREET NO. 10-11, PHADI MANDIR GALI, NEAR WATER TANK, BHAJAN PURA DELHI- 53

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses sepcially at night.I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them.
We are facing a fear for ourself and our colony of childrens due to the Stray Dogs in our locality who are increasing in numbers day by day. In fact in our locality two of the playing kids faced the Dog Bite from these Stray Dogs. There is no check from MCD department on this front. You are requested to bring this problem in the notice of the concerned authorities so that our locality get rid of these dangerous dogs.

mein ravinder kumar R/o D-812 madipur colony new delhi-63, mere institute ke samne mainhole hai jo aaye din bhar jata hai or usmein se ganda paani nikalta rahta hai. mein MCD ke office mein kai complent dali but uska koi faida nhi hooa wo koi na koi bahan bana dete hai or bolne per hame damki dete hai ki puri colony ka kuda tumhre ghar ke saamne daal janyege. pichhale 3 week se hum sabhi gali wale es meinhole se pareshan ho rahe hai or usmein se nikla ganda paani gharo mein ja raha hai jis se badbo fail rahi hai or machharo ne bhi pareshan kiya hoa hai. aap se haath jod kar vinti hai ki hamari pareshani ko dor kiya jaye

MCD- Garbage — Garbage and water logged

I would like to draw your kind attention that I am Daljeet Singh Living at M-383, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar . i want to complaint about garbage and water logged behind my house which is thrown by the residents besides my house almost everyday which leads to Stinking Smells and mosquitoes ,insects in and outside my house.

I am living in Geeta Colony Block No.13, I have visited almost all the streets og my colony and I am deeply hurt to see that almost all the drains & sewer lines has chocked. Due to this the drain water is flowing on the streets, roads and in front of houses of the residents. This can bring to any disease to the resident.
I went to MCD office situated near to Kanchan Appt., Geeta Colony . I was shoked to hear the response from the official that due to sewer blockage it is there. He even informed me that "Dr. sahab bhi visit kar ke gaye hai abhi baat chal rahi hai", perhaps he was talking about Dr. Vinod Kumar Monga ,Chairman/Chairperson
(Medical Relief And Public Health).
Are they waiting for any epidemic to take place.

MCD / PWD — Poor quality of new road

Dear sir,


I[censored] can then plz look at the newly laid road at the stretch between Kakarola mod(dwaraka mod) and om vihar in uttam nagar. where the road laying is just finished and its is broken at every meter.

The quality is so poor that the road will be washed away before the rain. it has not met any kind of specification mentioned in the quality control manifesto, they have laid just one thick layer and left it like that( Normally there is one more layesrof thin rock pieces) . this road bears very heavy traffic 24 hours and poor quality of road add lot to the traffic jam morning to evening.

kindly look into the matter and ensure that public money is not wasted.
