I, Abhishek Aggarwal resident of D-14/166, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi 110085 would like to bring to your notice that my neighbour residing at D-14/167, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi 110085 has encroached upon public property by fixing grills to his unauthorized construction and put up flower pots on public area.
That encroachemnt created by the neighbour is creating hindrance to public at large who are residing in locality and is a big nuisance on public property.
I approached to the neighbour many times but they use to threat me and my family dire consequences if any complaint is made against them.
I tried to contact our Nigam Parshad Mrs. Anju Jain as well as President of our locality Mr. Mishra and submitted the application for the same with MCD dated 06th September 2010 but no action had been taken yet.
Instead my neighbour, is creating troubles for my family every now and then without any reason. He is showing me the terror the police too that if I take any action against him he will sent me behind the bars in a false case.
Due to this, me nd my family are living our lives with great difficulty.
It is respectfully prayed that authorities be directed to remove illegal structure erected on public property and flower pots illegally kept on the way of public.

That this residence/house at C-5/28,SDA,IIT Gate,New Delhi was in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawanti Malik since 1972 who expired way back in 1991 & 1992.This fact can be confirmed by your from Death Certificate Cell who issue these Certificates.
However,after their demise,this house was demolished in 1995 and re-bult in 1995 and given to rent upto the year 2006.Huge money to the extent of some Rs 5 Crores was minted and then perhaps some dispute arose with the MCD Authorties and this house was subsequently sealed.This remained for quite sometime.Needless to mention that this is a residential area and no commercial activity is permitted.
However, it was astonished to gather that this house is still in the name of M/s Santosh Sethi & Bhagwant Malik,who as you know got expired way back in 1991 & 92 but some vested interests were minting huge money by fabricating false documents in the name of deceased ones.Incidentally,both ladies had obtained USA Citizenship long time back.
Thereafter,again some Vested Interests demolished this House in 2009 and are still carrying out the huge Constuction which is still going on.Again,palatial building has come up at C-5/28,S D A I I G ,New Delhi.Surprisingly enough,again this house is in the name of the departed Souls e.g Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.Indeed,this is beyond our comprehension as to how this is happeining time and again. Again and again, the deceased persons become alive to facilatate the task of Construction again and again.Certainly,monetary interests are of Vested Interest are dominant here. Your Inspection will support our contention.
On checing,your Property Tax papers at your MCD Cell, it was observed this House remains still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawganti Malik.Obviously,there is no Will.Else,some one should have brought so far on the Table.This was never done.Obviously,some Vested Interests are working against the Law of the Land and MCD.
On checking with DDA,it was also observed that Original Papers are still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.This Lease Deed is dated year back 1972 and there is no mutation so far.Only a letter from DDA,New Delhi asking for various documens to do mutation but none came forward to file for mutation thereafter.It is just possible that somebody is doing serious mischief and playing with theDDA & MCD & Building Bye Laws.
Therefore,you are requested to pl be good enough to take appropriate remedial action in the early course in order to address this issue and preserve beleguared Govt's Interests.

BIG PATHHOLES ON ROAD The road on PUL MITHAI near SADAR BAZAR is such broken that sometimes rikhshaws & carts turn turtle.So I request the persons responsible for the repair to do the repair as early as possible and make life easy for the users as this road is used by thousands of vehicles through out the day.

This is in reference to your letter ref No 1062/DC/WZ/2010 dated 30/08/2010 where it was stated to take the action against our complaint and intimation to be provided to us within 15 days. Enclosed copy of letter
We would like to bring to your notice its almost 120 days and no intimation on details of action taken against our complaint has been provided to us.
Further we would like to mention that MCD officials did took some action by damaging very negligible portion o[censored]nauthorized structure but still almost entire illegal structure remains there and is completely being enjoyed by the occupant of M-22 Second floor Rajouri Garden. The entire structure has already cause leakage and other damages to existing structure of building and still continuously remains threat to our life and property.
We inspite of our various complaint submitted on 17/08/2009 and 12/10/2009 with the office of Dy. Commissioner(West Zone), MCD,Community Centre,Vishal Enclave, New Delhi- last more than 16 months we have not received any reply/communication / intimation on our complaints for removal of such unauthorized structure.- Enclosed copies of our complaints. The reply which has been received was in response RTI application filed by us.
We now once again make a request to department for taking immediate action against our complaint to prevent damage to structure of existing Building and to our life. We would also like to state that any further delay in action against our complaint will also make department liable and responsible for damages being caused to the existing Building due to delay/inaction on their part on removal of illegal structure.
Look forward to immediate action on our repeated complaint.

We, the resident of Mahavir evclave, Block RZ - A, Old som Bazzar Gali, Delhi- 91, want to say that a MEAT SHOP will open shortly at A-1, Main Gali, while one MEAT SHOP is already running at the same place, who is frying meat on public way i.e in front of his shop which is totally illegal. It is situated in the normal passage zone and it has become impossible for us to pass the way due to heavy smell and a bad crowd constantly gathers there in the evening time.
They all drink wine and eat meat standing there and they pass the comments to girls and other women. If this continues, then a time will be near when crime graph will be on the top of its height.
We all residents are irritated by him. We further want to inform you that this Market is illegally constructed and it is in mid of the way. We, therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and take the appropriate legal action opposed to the Meat shopkeeper and illegal constructed Market as soon as possible.

I the resident of E-4/84,SEC-16,ROHINI. the small drain passing in front of our lane starting from house no. 84 to 90 is blocked and the water logging is there for last 2 months. Many times asked the sweeper and their senior for rectify the problem of water logging. Water is smelling foul and mosquitoes are breeding ,Kindly, do the needful and remove the blocked water by cleaning the small drain.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Unauthorised construction in DLF Industrial Area
There is a DLF Industrial area plot of size more than 10,000 Sq Yards behind our residential plotted houses in Kirti-Nagar, New-Delhi.A service lane seperates our houses and the DLF Industrial Area Plot.The original owner of the plot has over a period of time sold small parts to different parties for runing factories. The factory owner who has a factory behind my house is building a three storey factory on his plot and has opened the windows of the factory towards my house.I wish to know whether the construction he is carrying out on his factory land legal or illegal.Some body has told me that he cannot build more than one storey on industrial land.Secondly a lot of noise pollution comes from his factory into my house.
Pls guide me reagarding the laws being voilated and the authorities I should approach for redressal of my problem.

Dear Sir,
I am Jyothi from Old washermenpet, Chennai.
My neighbour's building, which is an unauthroised construction, having 3 floors and 7 side set back balconies. The balconies are abutting our compound wall.
There is no space between their balcony and our compound wall. The building was constructed in 1993. We are experiancing sever nuisance for the past 18 years which includes throwing brandy bottles on our roof, cigrattes, and other solid objects. Apart from these, teasing ladies, spitting, shouting are also happening. Already we gave the complaint to corporation and CMDA. In the CMDA inquiry, it is said that my neighbours didn't submit the plan. Corporation has said that the ordinance issued in 2007 is protecting the unauthorised contruction. Our problem is not the building.We are concerned only about the balconies and the nuisance caused by it. We are mentally harassed by the nuisance created by them. We want to remove that 7 balconies facing at our property. We are not against the building. we just want to remove the balconies.
Please advice.
