in our street dori walan street no 2 kishan ganj which comes under sadar bazar mcd office zone there is no mcd vichele comming for garbage collectionj. Street remain too dirty and un hieginic.

I would like to inform you that in FC block of Shivaji Enclave , New Delhi-27 there is unauthorised constuction continue from past 2months. After lodging several complaints there is no action against him. May be bcoz person is Excn in MCD. It means MCD officials can do wny wrong or unauthorised construction, while normal man harrased for even a foot construction. This is last hope from delhi government to take in the matter.
Else we have to take help of social networking sites. Unauthorised construction taken at FC block . Landmark near shivaji hospital.

sir, there is illegal construction going in resident of 170-d kamla nagar, delhi-110007.this building has been 50 years old and already have three floors build.and there is a risk of damage of building.speciaaly in case of natural calamities.this illegal activity is a really serious concern and there is a need to sought it out.as early possible.
i request you to look into the matter and take serious action immediately.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 15 days. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. an illegal construction is being held at WZ-23, HARI SINGH PARK, NEW MULTAN NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110056. THEY ARE ALSO MAKING BASEMENT. Road Adjacent To MCD Parking — Blocking of road sewerby construction debris & water clogging & mosquito breeding

Hi,
A house is being constructed & the road is blcoked with its debris. Along with one house has water flowing on roads all thetime & leading to water logging in this sewer. This place has become a mosquito house & leading to sicknes of dengue n malaria. Also the oads are dirty n no sweeper comes to clean them.
Pls help.

sir i have to submit that, our muncipal corporation had alloted some tehabzaris to people who dont have any place to work but there are some guidlines that they are not following like1)-no open cooking is allowed on tehabzari site but the peoples are running open dhaba on this place,making tea ,thali system,samosa,breadpakoda etc in these places and polluting our environment+playing with the health of peoples.if anybody stopes them they start fighting that mcd will manage this all thing.mcd is of money they takes monthly and they cannt even touch us.sir this is our humble request that stop this illegal thing otherwise nobody follow the rules. venue:on adjoining petrol pump pvr priya vasant vihar shauchalaya MR. THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT A- 143 (NEAR CAPITAL PUBLIC SCHOOL) 5TH FLOOR DILSHAD COLONY DELHI 95 HAS CONSTRUCTED AN ILLEGALLY WITHOUT MCD MAP PASSING AND THE NEARBY PEOPLE ARE VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF HIS VIOLENCE BEHAVIOUR.THIS IS AGAINST THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND HE HAS ALSO MADE AN ILLEGAL SHOP IN THE BUILDIND & COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY IS TAKING PLACE.THE NEARBY PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING BECAUSE THERE HOMES HAVE DESTRUCTION & SEALING IN THERE HOME.THIS ALL HAPPENING UNDER THE NOSE OF MCD & POLICE.

REG: Unauthorized & illegal Construction of Balcony of 5 feet by 213-B, on front side of our flat 214-B, DDA - LIG Flats Jhilmil, Delhi-110095.

Respected Sir

I am residing in flat no. 214-B DDA - LIG Flats Jhilmil, Delhi-110095 and facing air and light problem due to unauthorized & illegal construction to make more space by constructing two more rooms with a balcony of 5 ft. This is a DDA built 4 storey building and no unauthorized construction is permitted.

I have informed the Dy. Commissioner/Shahdara South Zone for removals of this unauthorized construction on 14/08/2012 telephonically (Complaint No. 075 and 899)as well as in writing on 16/08/2012(Complaint No. 5550).I have also informed police station vivek –vihar-delhi vide acknowledgement ddno-10a dated 14/08/2012. We have also lodged written complaint in the MCD commissioner (East delhi) on 17/08/2012.

I request you to demolish the unauthorized construction to that the natural air and light ventilation of my flat can be restored.

I hope that a needful will done in the natural justice, immediately.
